近幾年因石油、燃煤與天然氣的能源價格高漲,各國除了開始使用再生能源外,也檢視耗能設
備的能源效率。各大設備製造商加緊腳步,研發更多節能商品。例如; 研發LED燈具、太陽能產業或者改善電氣設備的耗能比比皆是。所以,現階段各國發展與修改法令,期望能減少耗電量, 進而減少採購國際能源的高額成本。因電源供應器在全球市場具有舉足輕重的地位,幾乎電氣設備必須設置電源供應器,尤其是外接式電源供應器,將電力系統轉換為負載可使用電力規格。所以, 本論文主旨針對外接式電源供應器的能源效率做相關介紹與比較,並提供改善之方法。外接式電源供應器的能源效率主要分三大項;產品設計,政府法令與實際執行三個層面。本論文介紹基本要求、測試方法、平均效率與待機功率消耗。最後, 本論文選用高、中與低輸出功率的外接式電源供應器做為測試樣品, 並且比較量測方法之差異與建議適合作法。


In recent years, governments focus on the development and application of renewable energy technologies and enforce energy efficiency regulations to reduce the power consumption of electric products. Thus, manufacturers must design and produce more energysaving products. External power supplies are commonly used for consumer electronics and information technology products. This thesis aims to introduce and study the energy efficiency regulations and
measurement methods for external power supplies. Some measurement methods for average efficiency and standby power consumption are analyzed and compared. Finally, we select low, middle and higher power output’s external power supply to test. The measured results were evaluated and compared to verify the studied methods
