本論文提出一種休閒沙發椅機構之構造合成方法。首先經由美國專利與商標辦公室(USPTO)取得八篇休閒沙發椅專利機構,並以運動分析將其分為三類。之後根據可動度(mobility)分析及運動特性,將複雜之機構分解成獨立之次機構(sub-mechanisms)及連接桿。由其中可發現大部分之次機構為簡單的四連桿或六連桿,可以現行的圖解或解析之方法,藉由三個位置的函數或運動產生器做尺度合成。此外,發展一有系統地合成流程,以連接次機構之方式來得到休閒沙發椅整體機構。最後以一範例說明此設計方法,並提出一新型之休閒沙發椅機構。
This thesis presents a general methodology for the structural synthesis of recliner chair mechanism. The kinematic structure of eight patented recliner mechanisms acquired from the US Patent and Trademark Office are first analyzed and classified into three types. These complex mechanisms are then decomposed into independent sub-mechanisms and connecting links according to mobility analysis and the motion characteristics of their parts. It is found that most of the sub-mechanisms are simple 4-bar or 6-bar linkages, and the dimensions of which can be synthesized by using existing graphical or analytical methods for three-position function or motion generators. In addition, a systematic procedure for combining the sub-mechanisms to obtain a fully functional recliner mechanism is developed. The usefulness of the proposed design methodology is demonstrated by an example, and, as a result, a new type of recliner mechanism is presented.
