  • 近年來,中國政府正全面推動以國家公園爲主體的自然保護地建設。未來十年內,國家公園的數量將由10座成長至至少60座。遊客中心是國家公園發揮保護、教育、遊憩等功能的重要基礎設施之一。然而,當前中國的遊客中心設計,多從設計師主觀考量出發,缺乏對遊客需求的深入探討,導致大量遊客中心利用率低且不能有效地滿足使用者需求。本研究采用Kano二維品質法(Kano Model)確認遊客及專家對遊客中心設計需求,幷運用品質機能展開法(Quality Function Deployment, QFD),依託設計質量因子(Design Quality Indicator, DQI)體系將設計需求轉換爲設計策略。根據這些設計策略,本研究以中國東南部某國家公園遊客中心設計爲例,以兩組設計團隊進行建築方案設計之驗證,幷通過問卷調查獲得遊客回饋意見。研究結果顯示,透過本研究建構的方法及提出的規劃設計策略,更能符合大衆的期待與滿意度。未來建議可將國家公園管理方、社區居民等涉及各方群體納入研究,以獲得更完善的規劃設計策略。


    In recent years, China is actively promoting the construction of nature reserves with national parks as the main body. The number of national parks in the next ten years will grow from 10 to at least 60. The visitors’ center is one of the important infrastructures for national parks to play the functions of protection, education and recreation. However, at present, the design of tourist centers in China is mostly based on designers' subjective considerations, lacking in-depth discussion of tourists' needs, resulting in a large number of tourist centers with low utilization rate and unable to effectively meet users' needs. In this study, the Kano Model-based centers on DQI is used to identify the design requirements of tourists and experts for tourist center, and the Quality Function Deployment, QFD) is used to transform the design requirements into design strategies. According to these design strategies, this study takes the design of a tourist center in a national park in southeast China as an example, verifies the architectural design by two design teams, and obtains feedback from tourists through questionnaire survey. The research results show that the systematic method and design strategy constructed by this research can better meet the expectations and satisfaction of the public. In the future, it is suggested that the national park developers, managers, community residents and other groups involved should be included in the research, so as to provide a scientific way for public participation in the construction of national parks and obtain a more perfect planning and design strategy.
