本論文主要是利用ATOS光學量測儀來建立一套光學掃描檢測之自動化定位系統,此系統能夠為各種擁有造型曲面的零件自動計算出最適當的檢測方位,並且配合五軸位移平台,能夠即時且正確地將待測物移動至最佳的檢測位置,所以可有效及快速地取得待測物完整的點群資料。此外,同時開發一套視覺化軟體,模擬光學檢測系統實際的作動情形,讓使用者透過畫面能夠直接觀察檢測方位及預測最後的結果。
研究中所使用之自動化光學檢測系統主要是利用Pro/Toolkit為核心程式來進行開發,透過系統針對造型曲面進行分析,再取得各個方位的檢測旋轉角,並且經過驗證可知系統所產生的位移數據應用於光學檢測,能以很少的檢測次數就可以獲得最大範圍的點群資料,對於檢測效率的改善上有很大的幫助,之後再將檢測的結果透過Pro/VERIFY與待測物的CAD Model進行比對,用以驗證結果的正確性,並且針對影響結果的主要因素提出具體的改善方法。
This thesis uses ATOS to establish a computer-aided positioning system for optical scanning of 3D objects with free-form surfaces. Based on the 3D CAD model of the object, the system is capable of calculating proper orientations for surface scanning. In conjunction with the use of a 5-axis positioning table, the object can be moved and placed in appropriate positions and orientations so that the point cloud data of the object can be completely scanned using ATOS without any interference. On the other hand, this thesis developed a computerized system which simulates the movement of the positioning table and the object during scanning so that the user can ensure the scanning procedure before real scanning practice.
Pro/Toolkit is used in this research to implement the proposed system. It analyzes the surface geometry of the object to be scanned and find the rotational angles for various orientations to scan the whole surface of the object. Through a number of practical scanning practices, it is found that the number of changing the orientations of the object during scanning can be reduced if compared with the manual operation of scanning. It implies the raise of the scanning efficiency. Beside the practice of scanning, the resultant data points are further analyzed using Pro/VERIFY to compare the obtained data with the original CAD model of the object. It helps verify the applicability of the proposed method and the developed system in real scanning practice.
