為提高地下配電系統之供電可靠度,發展現場活電即時監控的技術,確有其必要。本文將以電纜終端接頭作為實驗標的,探討影響接頭絕緣之內部放電訊號之演進,與電老化間的關係,建立老化特徵軌跡,以為爾後研究監控及診斷技術之基礎。
本論文以過電壓方式加速接頭老化,並利用放電脈衝檢測阻抗及個人電腦所組成之數位式局部放電檢測儀器,擷取局部放電脈衝訊號,並以小波母函數抑制雜訊,再將量測的資料整理成最大放電量、平均放電量、放電能量及放電區域角度,利用曲線擬合方式,以取得老化之發展趨勢。
研究結果顯示,利用放電能量、放電區域角度之相對應關係,可建立老化特徵軌跡線。本研究結果在電纜終端接頭絕緣狀態之診斷技術的發展上,應具參考價值。
In order to improve the reliability of underground distribution power system, it is essential to develop the technology of on-line real time monitoring and diagnosis. The study selects the cable terminator as experimental object to investigate the evolution of its internal discharge signal, and the relation to the aging. All these efforts are used to build up a locus of aging index so as to form the basis of future development of monitoring and diagnosis techniques.
By using the over voltage method, the thesis facilitates the aging of cable terminator. The internal partial discharge(PD)information is acquired by a digital PD measuring instruments composed of measuring device and personal computer. The measured data is reformed to maximum discharge magnitude, average discharge magnitude, discharge energy and zone of discharge angle to evaluate the aging trend by cure fitting approach.
The evaluation shows that the locus of aging index can be established by the combination of discharge energy and zone of discharge angle. As a consequence, the results of the study are likely of value to the development of diagnosis technique for insulation status of underground cable terminator
