本研究分析出在高山山屋的睡眠品質好壞與否,可能會影響登山客隔日攀登的精神或體能狀況,而睡眠品質可能和高山山屋的室內熱環境有高度關連性,並透過文獻回顧,確立服務型山屋主要目的除了提供住宿外,也應提供較多元的服務,以減低大眾路線的攀登風險,故選定服務型山屋中最具代表性的排雲山莊作為研究對象。先透過建築物特性調查法、實地測量法,取得建築相關資料及各空間的氣溫數據,再以電腦模擬法,針對排雲山莊熱環境現況及其改善方式共進行了12次不同的模擬,其中5次為分析排雲山莊室內熱環境現況,另外7次為探究各種改善熱環境方法之可行性。根據模擬結果得到了以下重要結論:人體體溫、空間被包覆程度(Buffer Zones)、室內通風氣流、一樓樓板形式等,對高山山屋的室內氣溫影響極為顯著,這些因素都與空間保溫性有高度關聯性,因此本研究針對提高高山山屋室內熱環境,提出以下幾項極具效益之方法,如:將常用空間配置於山屋中央處、採用架高地板、屋頂設置天窗、利用人體為室內加溫等,另外也發現建築能耗軟體Design Builder應用於台灣高山建築熱環境,具有高度的適用性。
This study analyzed that the quality of sleep in an alpine mountain house may affect the mental or physical state of climbers climbing the next day, and sleep quality may be highly correlated with the indoor thermal environment of the alpine mountain house.. Through literature review, the main purpose of establishing a service-oriented mountain house is not only to provide accommodation, but also to provide more diversified services to reduce the climbing risk of public routes. Therefore, Paiyun Lodge, the most representative of the service-oriented mountain houses, was selected as the research object. First, through qualitative investigation method and field measurement method, the building-related information and temperature data of each space were obtained, and then computer simulation method was used to conduct a total of 12 different simulations, which carried out for the current thermal environment and its improvement methods of Paiyun Lodge, of which 5 were to analyze the current indoor thermal environment of Paiyun Lodge, and the other 7 were to explore the feasibility of various methods to improve the thermal environment. According to the simulation results, the following important conclusions are drawn: human body temperature, the buffer zones, indoor ventilation airflow, the construction of the first floor floor slab, etc., have a very significant impact on the indoor temperature of the alpine mountain house, and these factors are related to the thermal insulation of the space. Therefore, this study proposes the following highly effective methods for improving the indoor thermal environment of alpine mountain houses, such as: arranging common spaces in the center of mountain houses, using raised floors, and setting roofs Skylights, using the human body to heat the room, etc. In addition, it is also found that the building energy consumption software Design Builder is applied to the simulation and analysis of the thermal environment of Taiwan's alpine buildings, which is highly feasible.
