服務導向架構最早是由Gartner所提出的IT架構概念，是指企業的IT基礎必須夠彈性，才能因應業務需求而靈活應變，本研究所要探討的，是以台灣電信產業的軟體系統為出發點，來檢視服務導向架構(Service Oriented Architecture)是否適合台灣的電信產業軟體系統的架構，及導入時需重視的策略與方法，本研究將深入探討個案公司導入服務導向架構的整個過程並說明企業資訊整合及SOA導入所可能帶來的效益。
本研究包括SOA之發展與定義、SOA導入策略與階段、市場概況及系統廠商與特色、SOA導入方法論述及利用個案研究與分析之方法以某電信公司導入SOA為研究對象，並以個案公司導入SOA之方法與過程，分析檢討成功關鍵之各種因素，提供未來企業導入SOA時必須注意之成功因素，降低失敗之風險及組織結構因素所可能增加之成本。
本研究結果顯示SOA之導入依循標準之方法論之計劃及執行步驟，經由實際專案之實作，依專案結案結果分析確實能達到SOA導入之目的與效益。

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) was first proposed by Gartner's IT framework concept. It is the basis of an enterprise's IT to be enough flexibility in order to respond to business needs and the flexibility. To explore in this study, it is based on Taiwan's telecom industry software system as a starting point, to view the Service-Oriented Architecture is suitable or not for Taiwan's telecommunications industry software system architecture, and the induction strategies and methods that require attention. This study will examine the case corporation into a Service-Oriented Architecture and explain the whole process of enterprise information integration, and SOA into the possible benefits.
This study included the SOA development and definition, SOA strategy and stage of induction, the market overview and introduction to the vendors and features, SOA induct methods discussed and the use of case studies and analysis of the ways to induct a certain telecom companies SOA as the research object, and in case the company into SOA the methods and processes, analyze and review the key to success of a variety of factors, providing the future of enterprise into SOA, the success factors must be taken to reduce the risk of failure and the organizational structure of factors may increase the cost.
This study showed that the induct SOA methodology to follow the standards of planning and implementation of the steps, through the actual implementation of the project, according to the results of analysis of the project is indeed closed to achieve the purpose and benefits of SOA to induction.
