本研究旨在以高強力聚醯胺纖維製作汽車安全氣囊系統,即「充氣式安全輔助系統(Supplement Inflatable Restraint System, SRS)」之氣囊織物。實驗中以420D之高強力聚醯胺纖維為原料,織造出各種規格之氣囊織物,除了評估氣囊織物其力學特性之外,更以透氣性與柔軟度為主要評估指標,探討織造、精練、與整理等加工條件的影響。並以符合競爭力、利潤及市場爭奪的考量,進行氣囊織物特性探討。為了達到氣囊織物高密度的特性,織物皆採用全幅式邊撐織造,選擇以噴水式織機織造,與國外使用劍桅式織機不同,且織造條件更較困難嚴峻,但可大幅降低織造成本,提高品質,以利國際化之競爭。研究結果顯示,使用420丹尼之高強力尼龍66為原料,織造49×49規格之氣囊織物,考量降低成本與兼顧品質之原則,以溫度80℃精練退漿去除雜質,再以溫度180℃定型加工,為最適化之加工條件,可得到織物之剛柔度值為7~8 N,手感佳,且透氣度在1.35~1.6cfm,附合氣曩織物透氣性要求在1.0cfm與3.0cfm之間國際標準。
In this paper, we study the woven fabrics made from high tenacity Polyamide fiber for the end use of Supplement Inflatable Restraint System (SRS), which is called as "air bag". This work discussion focuses on weaving, scouring, and finish process of the air bag fabric. In order to achieve the requirements of high density, weaving machine equipped with full width temple to hold the fabric tight. With water-jet weaving machine, which different from other producer, it is more critical than rapier machine, but cost down and increase competitive so much. The experiment result showed that while we used the 420d of nylon 66 as the material to manufacture the 49×49 of air-bag fabric, and using temperature 80℃of scoring process to remove its impurities and then processing with temperature 180℃of stabilized finish, the fabric obtained the stiffness of 7~8 N and applicable air permability of 1.5cfm, which accorded with the national standard of 1.0 cfm ~ 3.0 cfm.
