  • 在本研究中將了解到配銷中心在多個供應商與多個產品的情況下,與供應商進行採購規劃,除了決定採購的數量之外,也將同時決定運輸中整車運送的次數以及零擔運送的重量。建構一個混整數的模式來評選供應商和決定採購的數量,並且進行案例分析,應用在台灣的電腦配銷商,模式中包含採購成本、考慮折扣的運輸成本、存貨持有成本和品質的成本,同時也加入產能限制以及品質的限制;在確定供應商與採購數量之後,本研究應用補充的模式來指派產品採用整車的運輸,而指派剩下的產品則是利用零擔的運輸方式。
    本研究將目標模式和其他的方法做比較,發現到提出的方法比其他方法好,而且比公司原始的方法在總成本上大約節省了4.13%;接著考量了品質因素來延伸此模式,向所有的供應商來採購所有的產品,結果顯示能夠節省大約6.25%的總成本;另外為了降低採購以及運輸的成本,將原本單期的需求規劃增加為多期的需求規劃,同時規劃的結果能夠節省0.61%的總成本,並且能夠改善產品缺貨的問題。此外,將允許缺貨的因素加入模式中,同時規劃的結果能比單期規劃總成本節省1.20%。


    In this research, we investigated a distributor how to select multiple products from multiple suppliers which considered simultaneously deciding how much to purchase from each supplier, and how much to ship to distribution center by truckload or less than truckload. A mixed integer programming model is formulated to select vendor and determine the order quantity, and applied to a case study from a computer distributor in Taiwan. This model considers the cost of purchasing, the cost of transportation which takes into account discount, the cost of holding inventory, and the cost of receiving poor quality parts. The capacity constraints for suppliers, quality are also considered in the model. After the supplier selection decisions have been made, one supplemental model is implemented to assign shipments to vehicles by truckload. Then, the quantity of all products by less than truckload can be easily obtained.
    We made a comparison of the proposed model with other methods. The results show that the proposed method outperformed other methods and compared to company’s original method can save about 4.13% of the total cost. In addition, we extended this model by considering quality factor to purchase all products from all possible suppliers. The results show that the proposed method can save about 6.25% of the total cost. We extended this model by considering the demand planning in multiple periods. The results show that the proposed method compared to the one-period demand planning can save about 0.61% of the total cost. In addition, we considered the hackorder policy into the model. The results show that the model by the multiple periods compared to the one-period demand planning can save about 1.20% of the total cost.
