本論文主旨為建立一斷路器預知性維護平台,由於過去國內外傳統的一/二次變電所均是採用週期性之時間基準維護(TBM),且此維護方式帶來了過度維護或欠維護的問題,不僅造成不必要之成本支出,亦存在欠維護而引起事故的風險,因此,如何將不同廠製斷路器之相關維護資訊整合至維護平台,利用預知性維護(CBM),是新設變電所維護斷路器的趨勢。本論文首先介紹台灣電力公司變電所自動化架構演進之過程,由於通訊設備更新迅速,且智慧型電子裝置(IED)內部除了具有保護、量測、控制和通訊之功能以外,還附有紀錄維護資訊、電力參數與存放暫態波形等功能。為了測試斷路器預知性維護平台之可行性,本論文使用不同廠製之IED與斷路器作接線,透過序列式伺服器與集線器,將不同通訊協定作轉換且儲存在伺服器,並採用集中式通訊架構,將資料集中送回遠端監控主機,遠端主機經由網路連結設備端IED,經由監控軟體擷取電力參數、斷路器維護資訊與故障波形,且將這些資料存放至資料庫(SQL Server),並利用監控軟體設計人機介面及斷路器預知性維護平台,最後將資料連結至平台作監測。藉由測試與變電所現場之驗證程序,可望作為我國未來建立斷路器維護平台之參考。
The thesis focuses on the studying of establishing a predictable maintenance platform of circuit breakers. Time Based Maintenance brings about the problems of over-maintenance or under-maintenance due to adopting cyclic maintenance in primary/second substations of home and abroad in the past. They not only waste money but exists the accidents of under-maintenance. Therefore, maintaining circuit breakers by Conditon Based Maintenance are the current trend about how to let them which were made by different manufacturers integrated into the maintenance platform. The thesis introduced automatic substations structure progressive processs of Taipower Company first. The predictable maintenance concept arose from keeping the communication devices updated and IEDs possess Protection, Measurement, Control, Communication, maintenance information records, disturbance waveforms and so on. In order to test the possibility of the maintenance platform, the thesis used different IEDs and circuit breakers to do some wiring. Through serial servers and hubs, we can let that different protocols were transformed and stored them in the servers and we adopted the centralization of communication to transfer the information back to remote supervisory computers. The computer could link the IEDs with network and get the power parameters, maintenance information and disturbance waves by supervisory software. We can store the data in the SQL Server and then we could display information in HMI finally. This experiment example and validation process could make a signify basis for future development of establishing a predictable maintenance platform of circuit breakers in Taiwan.
