為了提升科技的進步，使生活更加便利，不斷提升生活品質，人類過度依賴科技，不停發開自然資源，排放廢氣、汙水，製造各式有害物質，造成嚴重的環境退化，不只對於人類的生活、健康造成影響；對全球的生態與環境，產生了巨大的破壞，更是造成了許多動植物的滅絕。

工業革命後，大型工廠的出現，消耗了大量的煤炭，產生大量的二氧化碳，接著石化工業、汽車等的出現，氮氧化物、硫化物及懸浮微粒等，造成嚴重的空氣汙染；對於土地過度的開 發，森林資源大量的砍伐，造成生物棲地破壞，以致生物大量滅絕；環境退化擴張至全球，使海水日益地升溫、酸化，形
成嚴重的海洋汙染。

面對環境的破壞、生態的浩劫，人們逐漸重視這些問題，更加希望有所改變；各界專家、學者的努力及貢獻，都是為了我們所生活的環境及未來盡一份心力，也期許自己能利用所學，結合當前科技與技術，能有效減緩、降低及對應環境破壞的影響。

本研究以環境退化作為討論議題，探討各界專家們針對，在面對環境退化的威脅下，所做出的應對及實例操作，學習消化後，有效的運用於自己的設計上，並在前人的 努力下，運用創新的思維，針對此項議題在建築與產品設計上，更加努力地創新，及提出各式設計。

Due to technological advancement, human beings rely on science and technology to develop natural resources. Exhaust gas, sewage, and the production of harmful substances cause severe environmental degradation and affect human life and health. The global ecology and environment have caused huge destruction, resulting in the extinction of many animals and plants.

After the Industrial Revolution, the emergence of large factories and the production of large amounts of carbon dioxide. Then the petrochemical industry, steam locomotives, etc. emitted nitrogen oxides, sulfides and suspended particulates, causing serious air pollution. Mankind has overexploited land and deforested a lot, causing destruction of biological habitats and mass extinction. Environmental degradation has spread globally. The seawater is increasingly warmed up and acidified, causing serious marine pollution.

Facing the destruction of the environment, people gradually pay attention to these problems. Experts work hard and contribute to the environment and the future. I hope that I can use what I have learned, combined with current technology, to effectively reduce the impact of environmental damage.

In this study, environmental degradation is the subject of discussion. I study practical examples made by experts from all walks of life in the face of the threat of environmental degradation. After learning and digesting, I effectively applied these techniques to my design, and worked harder to innovate and propose various designs.
