自2011年下半年度起，全球經濟因歐美主權債務危機而趨現疲軟態勢，時至2013年，歐債危機雖暫時解除，但仍危機重重，在此不確定的環境下，為有投資自己的能力，提高自身價值才是唯一的解救之道。本研究將探討對於成人自主學習者的學習構成要素(學習動機、課程吸引力、師資滿意度、行政滿意度、課程滿意度與設備滿意度)對於學習成效與工作績效(任務績效、脈絡績效)三者間的關係。採用問卷方式調查成人自主學習者的學習構成要素以及學習成效，並在三個月後進行工作績效問卷調查，並採用記名方式，確定填寫問卷樣本可以被互相匹配。本研究期望得到成人自主學習者的學習構成要素、學習成效與工作績效這些變項之間預測與中介關係，與學術之間的推測進行驗證，證明成人自主學習者的學習確實有其價值，並可推估到未來工作績效上。
本調查問卷發放時間為民國102年9月2日起至102年11月15日止，共發放2138份紙本問卷，回收1600份，回收率為74.8%，調查對象為成人自主學習者，學習後工作績效調查與學習成效完全配對者為600份，以迴歸統計分析方式得到以下關係驗證：

1. 成人自主學習的構成要素對於學習成效具有正面影響
2. 成人自主學習的學習成效可以對工作績效具有正面影響
3. 成人自主學習的學習成效可作為成人自主學習的構成要素與工作績效的中介

Since the second half of 2011, the global economic has slumped because of the European & American debt crisis. Although the European & American debt crisis was temporarily averted, it still with dangerous in 2013. On this unstable situation, people should enhance their value, and it is the only way to solve the problem.
In this study, the relationship among learning components, learning effects and working performance from adult self-directed learners is what the writer is investigating for. The learning components of adult self-directed learners are learning motivation、class attraction、teaching quality satisfaction、courses satisfaction、equipment satisfaction, and administrative satisfaction. Furthermore, the working performance is task performance and contextual performance.
With three months questionnaire survey, we investigated the learning components and learning effects from adult self-directed learners. In the study, the writer would like to research the meditation effects among these three points. Also, validate the academic speculation to prove that is worth for adult self-directed learners to learn. Moreover, it could be have some relationship with working performance in the future.
The period of survey is from September 2nd 2013 to November 15th 2013. The questionnaires were issued 2136 questionnaires, and collected 1600 questionnaires; the effective response rate is 74.8%. The targets of study are adult self-directed learners. After comparing with work performance and learning effect, they were 600 questionnaires matched. And the writer use Regression Analysis to get 3 testimonies：
1. There is a significant positive correlation between learning components of adult self-directed learners and learning effect.
2. There is a significant positive correlation between learning effect of adult self-directed learners and work performance.
3. Learning effect could be the mediating Effect between learning components of adult self-directed learners and work performance.
