本論文探討某複循環發電廠內之機電設備計算及選用,如主變壓器、輔助變壓器、發電機斷路器、緊急柴油發電機、直流供電系統等,以符合設備計算上所需參考之國際規範、標準等。另外比較傳統式自動切換系統與快速切換系統於發電廠電氣系統設計上之應用以及差異性。除了介紹快速切換系統之各項功能、動作原理及判斷條件,並使用軟體模擬快速切換時,在匯流排下之群組馬達再啟動之暫態現象,以及保護電驛設定上須注意之情形。最後對於發電廠完工後在併入公共電網時所必須測試之幾項功能進行討論,以確保各項控制及保護功能正確無誤。本論文研究成果可供業者、設計公司及廠家未來在計畫設置複循環發電機組時參考設計使用,以達電廠設置更合理、經濟及提升電氣系統供電之穩定度。


The purpose of this report is to study the electrical system calculations and to select main electrical equipment such as main transformer, auxiliary transformer, generator circuit breaker, emergency diesel generator, and DC power supply systems for a combined cycle power plant based on relating international codes and standards. Then, the report introduces functions and operation principles of the fast bus transfer system, study the motors restarting transient phenomenon by soft ware simulation, and perform adequate settings of protection relays. Finally, the report discusses various tests for the power plant synchronizing with civil power system in order to ensure control and protection functions are performed correctly. The report can be useful for power companies, engineering companies, and vendors for reference when they are planning a new combine cycle power plant to achieve a more economical and stable power supply system.
