  • 近年來網路科技發達,再加上大數據、物聯網、智慧機械及工業4.0 的真正
    實踐,都已經改變人們的生活,甚至於是各產業的銷售模式也都產生變化。但這
    些都是基於雲端服務應用所賜,將所有的資料作收集分析及應用,所以雲端服務
    占很重要的因素。
    本研究探討以個案F 公司產品GoService 作為探討案例,透過文獻探討、資
    料收集及訪談個案公司人員及使用客戶,了解此產品在雲端服務的方案及如何為
    F 公司帶來更多效益優勢,並且提供改善的建議。
    在研究發現上,GoService 產品確實為個案公司帶來更多的競爭優勢,亦提
    升對客戶的服務品質及效率,在能源管理上也幫助用戶做到即時監控、回報警告
    等訊息,加強了客戶滿意度及忠誠度。但是若能利用大數據的分析,將所的資料
    及結果做即時回饋設備,讓設備做運行調整,應能更快達到節能目的。在操作介
    面上,可以針對不同階層用戶去做加強,使之取得更快所需要的資訊。流程的簡
    化及結合ERP,相信將會為個案公司加大競爭優勢及助益。


    The rapid development and evolvement of digital technologies in recent years has
    accelerated the realization and diverse applications of big data, Internet of Things, smart
    machinery and Indutrie 4.0. Our lives and business models of every industry have been
    drastically changed wherein services and applications based on cloud for data analysis
    play a pivotal role.
    In this dissertation, the F company’s product named “GoService” will be the case
    study. Through market research and analyses and interviews with experts in this field,
    in-depth information on the trend of this industry, the competitiveness of the product,
    the benefits to the company and customers, suggestions to further product optimization
    will be explicated and discussed.
    Based on the research result, the product “GoService” brings comparatively market
    advantage to the F company and enhances the quality and efficiency of customer
    services. The product with real-time monitoring and alert features in energy
    management is proven to further increase customers’ satisfactory and loyalty. However,
    the deployment of big data analysis function for real-time feedback to devices and for
    operation adjustment is strongly suggested. Upon that, the goal of energy saving would
    be achieved in a more efficient way. In addition, together with simplified process and
    integration with ERP, the operation interface should be customized according to different
    needs. Customers may get the information required faster and easier. If the F company
    introduces the abovementioned suggested features to its “GoService” product, it is
    believed that the company will be able to further fortify its competitiveness and to stand
    at the forefront of the industry.
