「外國專業人員工作許可申辦網」作為以外國人員為主要服務對象的網站，無疑 是展現臺灣網頁設計的美學、介面設計等專業的重要平臺之一。隨著網站與新媒體的 發展，為了提供使用者良好的使用體驗，提高網站的使用性，成為相當重要一點。在 臺灣民眾對於設計美學的關注逐漸上升的同時，目標網站現有介面所存在的使用性問 題，也應該要受到關注與改善。網站中視覺元素、編排方式及資訊層級的好壞，都會 直接影響使用者的感受、及對臺灣公部門的印象。
本研究目的為了解如何利用互動設計的觀點，提升目標網站介面的使用性。因此 從互動設計的角度出發，透過文獻分析、前導研究與訪談，統整介面設計的要素與設 計準則，提出介面最佳化的網頁原型，進行驗證評估後，能明確提升目標網站介面的 使用性。依據研究結果，歸納出目標網站可參考的改善建議如下:(1)提升網站整體的 一致性，盡可能讓資訊內容及視覺元素保持一致。(2)提供有意義的回饋，避免過度使 用彈跳式視窗的設計。(3)滿足高階使用者的使用性，可額外提供便捷的續辦流程;(4) 利用簡約且舒適的視覺元素，簡化色彩與字型的使用。(5)有效的資訊層級分類，明確 區分出不同資訊的重要程度。(6)加入適當的圖示輔助，縮短整體需要的閱讀時間。(7) 注意文字用詞，避免使用過度在地化的詞彙。

The website of work permit for foreign professional workers as a platform primarily serving foreign users, undoubtedly shows Taiwan’s aesthetics, interface design, and professionalism in web design. With the development of websites and new media, ensuring a good user experience and enhancing usability have become crucial. As Taiwanese people’s interest in design aesthetics is gradually rising, existing usability issues in the current interface of the target website should be addressed and improved. The quality of visual elements, layout, and information hierarchy would directly impact user perception and impression of Taiwan’s public sectors.
The purpose of this study was to understand how to enhance the usability of the target website interface from the perspective of interactive design. Therefore, this study took an interactive design perspective while utilizing literature reviews, prior studies, and interviews to integrate elements and design guidelines for interface design. A webpage prototype for interface optimization was proposed to analyze potential improvements and suggestions for the target website. Based on the research findings, the conclusions and advice for the target website were as follows. (1) Enhance overall consistency of the website by maintaining consistency in information content and visual elements as much as possible. (2) Provide meaningful feedback while avoiding excessive use of pop-up windows. (3) Increase suability for advanced users by offering convenient continuation processes. (4) Use simple and comfortable visual elements and simplify the amount of color and font. (5) Implement effective information hierarchy classification by clearly distinguishing the importance of different pieces of information. (6) Include appropriate icons to aid comprehension and reduce overall reading time. (7) Pay attention to word choices by avoiding excessive use of localized terms.
