由於人口不斷地增加與工業不停地進步,造成石油日漸枯竭,全世界無不盡力推行節省能源與減低碳排放政策。汽車從最早的內燃機車輛,基於能源與減低碳排放量的議題,研發出油電混合車進而發展到現今的電動車,其節約能源與降低汙染為未來車輛的發展目標,其中電池對於新能源車市最具有策略性的元件。不論機車、汽車、油電混合車、電動車或是無人駕駛車輛等,都需要使用電池,因此電池在汽車上的運用是不可或缺的。
本研究為個案公司3-5年研發經營策略,先從智能電池感測器(IBS)與電池管理系統(BMS)在汽車產業發展概況,進而對於全球汽車市場趨勢,例如,汽、柴油車輛、油電混合車與電動車等銷售量進行產業分析。再針對區域市場與焦點市場發展作預估,最後依據次級資料進行評估與分析,來訂定產品策略與佈局,可以讓公司產品準確在市場上佈局與獲利。
本研究認為,在面臨汽車產業生態大轉變的危機下,貿然進入新領域並非正確選擇,應有詳盡完整之轉型計畫,才能穩健的突破困境。在尋求新規劃的同時,市場也在為自己找到新生存的空間。本研究建立一套完整的研發藍圖規劃流程,精確的掌握市場脈動、找到市場機會點及缺口、策劃對應之組織策略、制訂產品的執行戰略,以協助組織有效規劃出符合市場導向之研發藍圖,並讓公司能在逆勢中永續發展。


As the human population continues to grow as well as industries continue to evolve globally, both have resulted in the depletion of oil. The world has made a great deal of effort on implementing energy conservation and carbon emission reduction across internal combustion engine vehicle, hybrid throughout pure electric vehicle, all the effort has been focusing solely on how to be more energy efficiency and environmental friendly. Battery has been recognized as a strategic and indispensable device in today’s vehicle development, it exists in motorcycle, automobile, hybrid, electric or even in autonomous vehicles.
The focus is the E-company 3-5 years R&D business strategy, where it starts from the outline of intelligent battery sensors (IBS) and battery management systems (BMS) development, market trend of global automotive industry such as analysis of sales volume of diesel vehicles, diesel-electric hybrid vehicles, and electric vehicles. Estimation based on the development of regional markets and focus markets. At last, with secondary data for evaluation and analysis, product strategies can be finalized to enable for precisely emerge and profit in the market.
The research also concludes that during the great transformation of automotive industry, it is not the right choice to rush into new market areas. There should be a detailed and complete transformation plan before a breakthrough can be made. While seeking new plans. This study establishes a complete R&D blueprint planning process, accurately grasps market fluctuations, identifies market opportunities and gaps, plans corresponding organizational strategies, and formulates product implementation strategies to help organizations effectively plan market-oriented R&D blueprints. And let the company can continue to thrive in this highly competitive market.
