Today we live in fast changing era, which is everything changing as soon as technology developed. This condition push us individual or organization to more familiar with the update. For Supply chain area need innovation for creating process of information and innovative all supply chain activities using technology and process innovation to provide solutions for consumer needs and find new ways to enhance processes and to improve risk management capabilities and company performance,
In this study, theoretical model adopted from an existing study has been developed using a questionnaire that is spread to companies in Indonesia related to supply chains. To analyzed the data was obtained we use SmartPLS 3.0 that provide tools to confirmatory factor analysis and the structure of the equation model to validate the proposed model. This research is the development of existing models by conducting a comprehensive study, resulting in a contribution to theory in the area of supply chain innovation.
In this study, it produces a positively influence between recombination capabilities to supply chain adaptability and supply chain reconfigurability to enhance supply chain innovation. This is indicated by the significant level of data processing that has been carried out. These findings suggest that the manager can use this to help them expand their understanding of the important thing from recombination capabilities. Improving capability and capacity firm from external and recombining it will be a greater advantage and offer an opportunity for companies to gain their supply chain innovation. It is recommended if they need data and better information exchange through recombine capability with its supply chain partners to enhance their supply chain innovation.
