  • 知識資產是現今知識經濟發展趨勢中,最重要的核心競爭能力。但知識存在於人的腦海中,欲使知識創新,便需先促進人與人間之交流,交流便是分享的過程,因此,知識分享可謂知識創新和管理的成功關鍵因素之一。而如何建立一個有效地知識社群,提供知識儲存與運作的組合,協助社群使用者將隱性知識外化,並整合個人社交網路作為分享知識的關鍵媒介,將是能提升社會整體競爭力與知識分享綜效的重要議題。在現今時代,聚集最多人的不是一個國家,而是社群網站,社群網站在現今已經是一個重要的社交工具,近年來,Facebook的使用人數迅速成長,已成為全球目前最受歡迎之網路社群平台,且是個人社交關係的重要代表。為因應當前全球化競爭與知識經濟發展趨勢,在探討先前的研究文獻之下,本研究結合知識管理、知識分享、社會網路理論等理論基礎,運用創新的資訊科技,透過Facebook的Open Graph 理念與工具,建立一個整合社交關係的知識社群系統,透過這樣的方式,於本研究系統上之知識活動訊息能被快速且簡易的散發出去,由於整合了社交關係,社群使用者之間的信任和瞭解,增加了交換意見的意願和達成共識的可能性。在此過程中,成員間的相互信任進一步增進,從而在網路成員之間建立起長期、穩定、互惠的知識協作、知識交流關係。

    本研究使用文獻分析法與系統展示法,透過分析先前文獻為基礎並建置知識社群系統,在系統實施後,從先行使用者內抽樣出數名使用者,參與後續訪談。系統檢驗時使用個案訪談對社群使用者進行深入訪談分析,藉以確認本研究之實用性。綜合上述,本研究所提出之貢獻如:1. 建立一個改善過往問題與易用性的知識銀行社群系統。2. 提出一個整合Facebook的使用者社交網路的社群新模式。3.提供完整的系統功能與機制以支援社群成員間對知識的蒐集、儲存與知識分享等知識活動。4. 透過知識團的功能,將社群成員組織並使所累積的知識活動能夠被整理記錄,以作為知識所需者參考。5. 建立知識問答與知識文章的混合機制,使得內隱知識能夠透過機制被挖掘且即時被分享擴張。


    In the knowledge and economic trends, the most important competition ability is knowledge assets. However, owing to the knowledge exists in the human brain, if we want the knowledge innovation, we should promote communication between people. Knowledge interflow is the process of sharing; therefore, knowledge sharing is one of the key successful factors of knowledge innovation and management. The most important issue of promote the competition of society and the knowledge-sharing synergy is how to establish an effective knowledge community, provide knowledge storage and operation assist users externalization of tacit knowledge, and integrate personal social networks as the key media of knowledge-sharing. Now, gather the largest number of people not a country but a social networking sites. Social networking sites has turned to an important social tool now, in recent years, the users of Facebook has rapid growth become the most important representatives of interpersonal and the most population social websites in the world. For coordinate the global competition and the knowledge and economic trends, precondition of doing previous researches, this study integrates knowledge-management; knowledge- sharing and social network theory basic theory etc. Use of the innovative information technology, through the Facebook open graph’s idea and tool, establish an integrated network platform of social relations. Through this way, in this study system, the intellectual activity messages could be spread quickly and easily. Due to integrate social relationships, the trust and understand between the users has increased the exchange opinion and reach a consensus of possibility. In this process, the trust between members has increased; thereby establish the knowledge collaboration and knowledge interflow relationships of the long-term, stable and reciprocal between network members.
    This study use literature analysis and system display method, through analysis previous literature as basic and establish knowledge social system. After implementation of the system, extract a few users from in system users to attend follow- up interview. by integrating the above-mentioned, This study make main contributions as: (1) Improve the past problems and ease of use Knowledge Bank Community System. (2) Proposed a new model of an integrated Facebook user’s social networking community. (3) Provide a complete system functions to support the collection, storage, and knowledge sharing.
