近年來綠建築及環境永續理念在全球蔚為風潮,然而室內設計的綠色永續 仍未受到重視。目前台灣住宅室內裝修市場每年舊屋翻新裝修案佔 31.68%,新 成屋裝修案佔 30.11%,產值約 400 億至 500 億元,市場龐大且對資源與能源 有大量使用需求。因此,室內設計的永續議題值得我們關注,本研究期望透過 問卷調查業主的接受度以協助綠色室內設計的推動。
透過美國綠建築評分系統 LEED for HOMES DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION、台灣綠建築評估系統(EEWH),歸納適合台灣氣候與在 地生活習慣的室內設計評估項目。探討「一般背景使用者」與「室內設計與裝 修從業背景之使用者」對居住空間的綠色室內設計裝修之接受度,結果顯示以 「格局設計考慮全年或季節性的自然通風」為意願最高,最低則是「安裝節水 計算器」,其中年齡層及教育程度是主要的影響因素。
In recent years, green architecture and environmental sustainability have become global trends. However, the practice of green interior design has not received much attention. In current Taiwanese interior residential construction market, old renovation covers 31.68 percent of annual cases, and new construction covers 30.11 percent. With its market value of four to five hundred billion Taiwanese dollars in Taiwan, construction industry is in high demands for resources and energy. Hence, the issue of sustainable interior design deserves more attention. This research aims to help promote green interior design by analyizing user’s acceptance, using data collected from questionnaires.
This research refers to LEED, a green building rating system by the U.S. Green Building Council, and EEWH, the green building certification system in Taiwan, and 35 interior design evaluation criteria, suitable to Taiwan’s weather and local living habits were compiled. There are two groups of participants in this research: general users and professionals in the interior design or construction industry. This research investigated the user’s acceptance on green design of their living space. The results show the highest acceptability is “design layout for natural ventilation” and the lowest acceptability is “installing water savingmeter”. It is also suggested that differences in age and educational background are the main influence of the results.
