本論文旨在利用LED進行排列,排列出最佳化的LED 光源組以達到最佳均勻度及比較TracePro 和FRED與實體間的差異,並進行一系列的光學軟体模擬(FRED),建構出最佳化LED排列,並實際做出成品進而實現LED照明系統。本文中將探討LED的排列結果是否會影響到混光後的色差,利用篩選LED演算法所篩選出來的LED,與蒐集市面上現有的LED晶粒並打線封裝後進行實體實測。


This thesis aims to use a LED array, research the optimistic LED’s arrangement to create different kinds of mixed LED light for uniformity; furthermore, compare “TracePro” with “FRED’’ and distinguish different simulations from experiments; use optical software FRED to simulate, in order to find out the optimistic LED as well as to build optimistic LED arrangement experiments and produce illumination system in the future.
We will explore those LED results to understand how they affect mixed light, and use our LED-die choices and collect LED dies to package; finally, measure experiments for authentication.
