根據PMA RESEARCH 和Future source 兩家市調公司於2021 年出具的投影機產業報告中提到,2019 年Covid-19 疫情爆發後,加上美中貿易戰的影響,投影機產業銷量下滑,個案公司業績深受影響,本文以個案研究方式運用相關的產業分析工具為投影機產業所面臨的困境提出建議及因應對策。首先,針對全球經濟環境做掃描分析(PEST),接著針對投影機產業環境做分析(五力分析),再來針對個案公司與產業的競爭者作分析比較(競爭者分析),之後去分析個案公司的優劣勢及面臨到的機會和威脅(SWOT)並做因應對策,最後,利用技術路線藍圖(T-Plan)規劃出個案公司未來應用於「行動微型投影系統」3~5 年的營運方向及企業策略,提高個案公司於同業間的競爭能力。


In 2021, according to two market research companies of PMA RESEARCH and Future source, they presented industry market research reports on projectors. Under the influence of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2019 and the US-China trade war in the projector industry, the industry's sales volume has declined, and the performance of individual companies has also been deeply affected. This article uses relevant industry analysis tools to put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the difficulties faced by the projector industry in the form of case studies. First, do a scanning analysis (PEST) for the global economic environment, and then research the projector industry environment (Porter five forces analysis). Secondly, this thesis analyzed and compared the case company and industry competitors (competitor analysis) and countermeasures for its strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats it faces (SWOT). Finally, this thesis used the technology roadmap (T-PLAN) to plan the case company's operation direction and corporate strategy for the "Pico-Projection System" in the next 3 to 5 years to improve the case company's competitiveness in the industry.
