中 文 摘 要
為增加產品之附加價值,產品之開發無不朝向客製化,整合化及使用者導向發展,因此如何運用企業之有限資源,縮短研發時程,降低成本,靈活調配各機種之優先順序,以達到最佳之效率,無時無刻不在挑戰產品經理的智慧,而綜合取得之各種數據,如何能有效分析,並依照分析之結果盡速做成決策,則是本研究之目的。
但以目前各企業普遍使用之企業資源規劃系統(ERP)情況下,所取得之資料並不能快速反應量產前之資訊不完整及部門間溝通的不協調。如產品BOM 之未承認料號無法建立、各零件或模具之交期不確定或量產前各產品之生產文件、製具及生產排程之準備狀況混亂等情況。因此以ERP輔以Microsoft Excel之VBA為基礎,建立一企業應用整合(EAI)模型,將各產品之研發時程整體規劃,並在試產時排除備料、排程、良率、價格變動…等問題,以避免ERP之制式流程盲點。
本研究探討的範圍主要在量產前之各種客製化產品在目前ERP的基礎下產生的各種連結問題,針對物料需求、價格變動、產品之優先順序、生產品質及良率,研發成本及人力調配…以企業應用整合EAI的觀點為主軸,強化各相關部門之溝通協調,在既有的資訊系統下有效分析資訊,提供分析後各項變因做為決策之參考,以提高產品之附加價值,並使各相關人員即時深入掌握產品開發情況,達到Time to Market之目的。

Abstract
Product development has been headed in the direction of customization, integration and more end user oriented in order to enhance the add-on value of products. This challenges a Product Manager’s knowledge and effectiveness in utilizing the limited resources of enterprises and simiplifying R&D schedules. The purpose of this research is to determine how we can effectively analyze information that are available to us and make a swift and accurate decision.
Due to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software popularity amongst companies, information gathered does not reflect the information lack of and inharmonious communication bewteen departments within companies. For example, product Bill of Material (BOM) can not be issued if its material number has not been approved, unconfirmed component delivery dates, incomplete documentations certifying products for mass production, chaotic tooling and production schedule preparation for products, etc. Therefore, by combining ERP with Microsoft Excel VBA, we can create an optimum Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) model to avoid possible loop holes using single ERP software to manage and integrate the complete R&D process. During trail productions, we can also eliminate issues that may arise from material preparation, scheduling, yield, price fluctuations, etc.
The key scope of this research is to focus on possible mass production issues of customized products under current ERP systems. Specifically, material requirement, price fluctuations, yield rate, R&D cost and manpower allocation, etc. From EAI’s point of view, by bringing personnel involvement in product development to a higher level, it strengthens communications between departments, provide effective analysis of system information for a swift and precision assessment to further enhance a product’s add-on value and achieve Time-To-Market effectiveness.
