2020年初新型冠狀病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情迅速擴散至全球，2021年中華民國政府宣布因應台灣本土疫情持續嚴峻，發布全臺三級防疫警戒，面對疫情下
之居家生活空間的需求轉變進行探討。
疫情下防疫居家生活的課題是所有人需積極面對的，考量疫情下居家生活中環境設計面向，除了給予「居住安全」的防疫居住環境以及「居住安心」的防疫生活空間外，同時也應該以壓力的排解、心靈恢復平和的「心靈安定」作為依歸，空間植入療癒性的生活環境規劃設計來促進居家防疫生活，使身、心、靈間三者的平衡，提升防疫居家生活的品質。
本研究透過問卷調查、專家訪談及根據住宅使用空間行為之相關文獻回顧，進行調查與分析，並透過專業的室內裝修業者於疫情間進行案例實證分析，了解疫情間集合住宅裝修需求的思維轉變。
研究結果顯示疫情間，居住者對於居家防疫空間其三大設計準則為：防疫空間區劃、防疫設備規劃及療癒風格調性植入，期望提供未來防疫宅普及化之居家裝修空間設計時，其空間除了滿足個人使用生活機能外，同時能達到防疫身心靈
需求並重之防疫宅規劃。

In early 2020, COVID-19 rapidly spread to the entire world. In 2021, the ROC government announced nationwide level 3 epidemic alert as the situation grew severe. As a result, this study aims to discuss the change of demands for domestic living space under the epidemic.
All need to actively respond to the lesson of life under epidemic. In terms of the aspect of environment design, in addition to granting a living environment with “resi-dential safety” as well as the living space with “residential reassurance,” a space with “mental stability” that can release stress and restore harmony of mind should also be added. The space, implanted with planning and design of healing life environment, can elevate quality of domestic life, thereby balancing the body, mind, and spirit.
Through questionnaire, expert interview, and review of relevant literatures on use of domestic space, this study conducted the survey and analysis; also, by analyzing the empirical case of works done by professional interior designer, the researcher real-ized the change of demands for renovation on congregate housing during the epidem-ic.
The results showed that the residents have three principles of design in terms of domestic space: division of epidemic prevention space, layout of epidemic prevention equipment, and implantation of tone of healing environment. It is hoped that while the interior design in epidemic prevention housing becomes more popular, the space can not only fulfill personal life functions but also realize the housing with focuses on de-mands for balance of body, mind, and spirit.
