本研究旨在協助自主學習者有空間可以與志同道合的夥伴進行知識交流。透過同儕互動理論、社會認知理論、知識分享、網路學習社群的探討，並透過系統分析、系統設計、資料庫設計規劃出適用的功能，實際建置出技能交換平台。
透過系統的操作幫助求學者進行技能交換學習新技能，透過同儕互動進而達到學習的效益，並且利用網路學習社群達到知識分享、交流的概念。經由對使用者的訪談，了解系統對其在學習上的效益。本研究的主要貢獻為：
一、 建置技能交換平台：以同儕理論、社會認知理論、知識分享和網路學習社群理論作為基礎，於系統分析後設計出系統架構圖，開發技能交換平台，透過系統的方式幫助求學者在學習新技能的過程可以更加便利。
二、 系統的使用對於使用者學習有正面影響：透過系統分析設計完整的技能交換流程，經由交流、互動以及標籤反饋的設計，提升求學者學習的動力。
三、 透過技能交換做知識分享帶來學習效益：利用交換技能的方式做知識傳遞，不僅協助找到學習的夥伴，還能深入學習到新的技能。

The main focus of this research is to assist the autonomous learners have the space to exchange knowledge with like-minded partners. Through Peer Interactive Theory, Social Cognitive Theory, Knowledge Sharing, the discussion of Online Learning Community, and the use of system analysis, system design, database design to multi knowledge, and then, develop actually a platform for skills exchange.
Through systematic operation, it helps the autonomous learners to learn new skills with exchanging skills, peer interactive to achieve the benefit of learning, and use online learning community to achieve the concept of knowledge sharing and communication. Through the interview of users, it let us realize the benefits of the system in the learning.
The main contribution of the research includes:
1. Build up the platform of skills exchange：Base on peer interactive theory, social cognitive theory, knowledge sharing, and online learning community, design a system architecture diagram and develop a platform of skills exchange after system analysis. Through the ways of system, it helps the autonomous learners get more convenience in the process of learning new skills. 

2. The use of system has a positive impact on user learning：By system analysis design the complete process of skills exchange, and the design of communication, interactive, and tag feedback, autonomous learner’s motivation is enhanced. 

3. Doing knowledge sharing by skills exchange brings the benefits of learning：Using
the ways of exchange skills do transmission of knowledge not only to help find learning partners, but also learn skills in depth.
