  • 企業轉型、價值創新、內部創業及傳承。是企業發展、永續經營,必須持續及必要面對的議題。
    成功的企業,並不一定要一百年,但是企業百年一定有其生存的道理。個案A 公司是民國五十三年(1964 年)創業的中小企業,至今五十六年,創辦人白手起家、一路探索、從無到有,辛勤經營,至二代傳承接班已近三十二年。
    公司營運歷程中面臨的資金、產品、土地、廠房、人力資源、市場競爭等挑戰,決策內部創業與多角化經營過程,近年個案公司配合政府都市計畫變更案土地區段徵收,企業轉型之路其所建構的商業模式與知識管理know how 提供給傳承接班者、企業經理人與公司管理同仁省思學習與典範轉移。


    Enterprise transformation, value innovation, internal entrepreneurship and inheritance. It is an issue that must be sustained and must be faced by the enterprise development and sustainable operation.
    A successful enterprise does not necessarily take a hundred years, but an enterprise must have a reason to survive. Case A company is a small and medium-sized enterprise founded in the fifty-third year of the Republic of China (1964). Since its founding in fifty-six years, the founder has started from scratch and explored all the way .
    The company faces challenges in capital, products, land, factories, human resources, market competition and other challenges in the company's operating history, in the process of internal entrepreneurship and diversified operation in decision-making, the case company has cooperated with the government urban plan to change the land acquisition policy in recent years. Business model and knowledge management that the road constructs are provided to inheritors, enterprise managers and company management colleagues to reflect on learning and Paradigm Shift.
