本文旨在研製三相永磁式同步電動機及驅動器的性能量測系統。在電動機的參數量測含有每相等效電阻、電感、轉子磁通鏈,並以線性霍爾偵測元件,利用類比/數位轉換器及數位信號處理回授轉子角位置及轉速。而在三相永磁式同步電動機驅動器方面,則針對不同的控制策略,例如:轉速開迴路、具有轉子位置回授之轉速閉迴路以及具電流與轉速閉迴路等控制,以交、直軸電流的漣波及效率的指標,估測驅動器的性能。
本系統以32位元數位信號處理為核心,除了數位介面、電壓、電流與霍爾效應偵測電路外,其餘電動機的功能及驅動器皆由C語言完成。本文以8極的三相永磁式同步電動機為對象,其額定轉速與功率分別為2000 rpm及100W,在三相變流器直流電壓24V與發電機模式下,量得每相等效電阻及電感分別0.285Ω與0.319mH,轉子磁通鏈為0.0235 V•s/rad,而在具有電流及轉速閉迴路控制的效率量測結果為89.81%,高於採用其它控制方式下之效率。本文系統之可行性已經獲得實測的驗證。
This thesis aims to develop the performance measurement system for three-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) and drives. The parameter measurements of motor contain per-phase equivalent resistance and equivalent inductance as well as rotor flux linkage. In addition, linear hall-effect sensor, A/D converter and digital signal processing are used with A/D converter for detecting the position and speed of rotor. As to the measurement of driver’s performance indices of current ripple, quadrature- and direct- axis currents as well as its efficiency, various control strategies such as open-loop speed control, closed-loop speed control with rotor position feedback and closed-loop control of current and speed will be conducted.
A 32-bit digital signal controller is used as the core of the system. In addition to the circuit of digital interface, the circuit for detecting voltage, current and hall-effect signal, all the other functions of motor and control of driver are programmed with C language. The 8-pole PMSM has rated speed and power of 2000 rpm and 100 W, respectively, with the inverter input voltage of 24V. Under generating mode, the measured per-phase equivalent resistance and inductance are 0.285Ω and 0.319mH, respectively, with the corresponding rotor flux of 0.0235 . Whereas, the measured efficiency for closed-loop control of current and speed is 89.81%, which is the best among all the control strategies applied. The feasibility of the proposed system has been confirmed by practical evaluation.
