  • 本研究針對壓接式電子連接器之針眼式端子的設計,先挑選出若干個與針眼插入、拔出力相關的尺寸因子,依田口式品質工程之直交表實驗方法,建立Pro-E模型。然後運用ANSYS有限元素分析軟體之2-D簡化模擬,求出針眼式端子之最佳設計參數,並確認針眼式端子設計時之主效應因子。研究中並比對ANSYS 2-D模擬及3-D模擬的差異性,及邊界條件的合理性。產品設計工程師在設計此類端子時,便可針對若干主效應因子,調整設計參數,以快速的求得較佳的產品設計。CAE工程師也可在合理的邊界條件下,進行模擬和設計的分析,完成最佳化的針眼端子之設計。


    This study is to analyze and optimize the compliant pin used in press-fit connectors. “Eye-of-needle (EON)” shape is the most popular design of compliant pin which this research focused on. The applications of ANSYS 2-D simulation and Taguchi quality engineering metrology help to get the optimal EON shape parameters and the significant design factors. This study also compared the 2-D and 3-D simulation results. The boundary conditions for ANSYS simulation were discussed in the thesis. Based on the optimized EON parameters and significant design factors, product design engineers can complete EON contact design in short time. The CAE engineers can simulate and verify the design with reasonable boundary conditions.
