本論文探討一家經營逾 30 多年的電子零組件代理商,在面對美中貿易戰、COVID-19 引發的經濟通膨、全球供應鏈重整等挑戰下,如何轉危為機。個案公司遭遇首次營收衰退與虧損,透過尋找新的商業機會,發現將感測器應用於物聯網(IoT)和先進駕駛輔助系統(ADAS)領域具有巨大潛力,認定此為關鍵的轉型與成長機會。
本研究目的在於深入分析個案公司如何以毫米波雷達作為跨界轉型重要產品,透過策略性工具對應用市場進行外部競爭態勢分析,對公司內部驅動力綜合評估,並將策略目標轉化為具體的行動計劃藍圖。這一過程不僅有助於有效配置資源,突破傳統的價值與成本界限,也開拓了新的市場領域。
通過策略規劃,幫助個案公司有效避免轉型過程中的常見挑戰,保持市場競爭力,從而促進成功的跨界轉型和持續成長。
This paper shows how an electronic components agency that has been operating for over 30 years turned crises into opportunity. The case faced its first decline and losses during US-China trade war, economic inflation, and global supply chain restructuring. By seeking new opportunities, the case identified potentials in applying sensors within the Internet of Things (IoT)and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), taking as transformation and growth.
The aim of this study is to deeply analyze how the case company uses millimeter wave radar as a key product for cross-sector transformation. It discusses analyzing the competitive landscape of the market with strategic tools, evaluating the company’s internal drivers comprehensively, and transforming strategic objectives into a detailed action plan. This process aids in effectively allocating resources, breaking through traditional value and cost barriers, and exploring new market domains.
Through strategic planning, the case came through challenges during transformation, maintained market competitiveness and facilitated a successful cross-sector transition and sustained growth.
