  • 本論文探討模糊控制器應用於洗衣機驅動系統的研製。文中,首先提出用來驅動洗衣機的內藏式永磁同步電動機的轉軸角度估測技術。其次,設計及實現一個模糊控制器應用在洗衣機系統,以達到無轉軸偵測元件閉迴路調速控制系統。該控制系統具有快速的暫態響應及良好的追隨能力。
    文中以一個TMS-320-LF2407數位訊號處理器作為控制核心,執行轉軸位置估測法則及模糊控制法則。若干實驗結果說明本文所提驅動系統的正確性及在洗衣機應用的可行性。且使內藏式永磁同步機在變動負載及速度命令下有良好的動態響應,提升系統響應及強健性的目的。


    The thesis investigates the design and implementation of a fuzzy controller for washing machine drive systems. First, a rotor position estimating technique is proposed for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is used to drive the washing machine. Next, a fuzzy controller is designed and implemented for the washing machine system to achieve sensorless closed-loop adjustable speed control system. The system has fast transient responses and good tracking ability.
    A TMS-320-LF2407 digital signal processor is used as a control central unit to execute the rotor position estimating algorithm and the fuzzy control algorithm. Several experimental results are shown to validate the correctness and feasibility of the proposed system to apply in washing machine. This thesis proposes of IPMSM can give better speed response under the load disturbances or variable speed commands.
