隨著工業4.0的提出,資訊化時代的來臨,以資訊科技為核心結合傳統的生產或是管理模式的企業與工廠,也日益增多,而傳統產業為了提升競爭力,也積極的在資訊化上努力,而如何資訊化也是一大問題。本研究將以鋼構廠為對象,研究如何將現有的生產線的品保查驗方式改進,提升管理效率、節省更多的人力與時間成本,本研究將通過現況的觀察與專家的訪談,從現有的情況歸納出方法。
通過觀察與訪談後,依照了三大核心概念,電子化、數位化、視覺化,利用這三大核心概念,設計從輸入端、儲存端、輸出端的整合雲端系統「鋼構廠生產線管理之視覺化決策輔助系統」,本研究系統將生產線上的品保資訊,從原先傳統紙本,改為電子化的電子表單,直接填寫;電子設備所取得的資料,利用網路將數位化的資料儲存於資料庫中,提供整個系統的使用,減少人力與時間成本;在系統管理端,提供了視覺化的模式,管理者能夠利用視覺化的結果,輔助管理決策。最終經由專業的現場人員實務測試,訪談回饋中總結出,系統在時間與人力成本減少上有一定幫助,通過系統直接將資料視覺化的部分,相比起現有的整理方式,來得更加高效且迅速。且由於可以透過下載,取得整理好的資料,使得資料在使用上更加彈性;同時,視覺化後的資料,對於管理端的在資料數據決策的輔助調整,也更加即時且方便。
With the proposal of Industry 4.0 and the advancement of computer science, there are increasing enterprises applying cutting-edge technologies to the production or management mode, including traditional industries. However, how to implement information technology in these traditional industries' operations remains a problem. To gain insight into the issue, this research will take a traditional structural steel factory as the object to study how to improve the quality assurance inspection method of the existing production line, improve management efficiency, save manpower, and reduce time costs. Moreover, a methodology will be put forward to solve the issue through the observations of this study and interviews with experts.
According to observations and interviews and three core concepts, namely Electronic, Digitization, and Visualization, an integrated cloud system encompassing data input, storage, and output is developed. The system is named “Visualized Decision Support System for Production Line Management of Steel Structure Factory”. This research system replaces the traditional paper forms of quality assurance on the production line with electronic forms. The data obtained by the electronic equipment are stored digitally in a database via network and accessible to the whole system, which is manpower and time-saving. A visible mode is provided on the system management side, and managers can refer to the visible results in decision-making.
Finally, according to the practical test runs of the proposed system by on-site professional staff and interview feedback, it is found that the system is helpful in reducing manpower and time costs. In particular, compared to the traditional method of data sorting, the data visualization function of the system can apparently improve efficiency. Moreover, organized data can be easily obtained from the cloud, which allows for more flexibility in data usage. In addition, the visible data is readily available to the management side, which allows for timely assistance in the adjustment of data and decision-making.
