  • 隨著科技發展,行動裝置的普及改變了全球的商業型態,消費者可以使用行動裝置,享受線上購物與服務,然而無實體形式的付款行為,是這些服務的共通性。本研究透過任務與績效結果的比較,了解使用者在操作行動支付應用程式附加功能時的情況,並結合使用性與介面設計等理論,進一步提出設計上的改善與建議。
    本研究包含兩部分:(1)前導研究:透過市面上三款行動支付應用程式測試,釐清目前行動支付應用程式附加功能介面問題,並透過訪談了解使用者需求。(1)驗證研究:依據前導研究的結果,設計模擬樣本,探討不同主頁所呈現的附加功能,對使用者主觀感受的影響。驗證研究採2(資訊呈現)×3(主頁設計)雙因子變異數分析方式進行,「資訊呈現」採兩層級:(1)展開型:功能直接展開於按鈕下方,(2)跳下頁型:功能於下頁滿版呈現。而「主頁設計」分為三層級:(1)列表式、(2)區塊式、(3)混合式。
    研究結果顯示:(1)使用重點提示的「混合式」主頁設計,能提高行動支付應用程式附加功能的使用績效,是使用者較青睞的介面。(2)「跳下頁型」滿版的資訊呈現,讓操作介面直覺,有著較佳的績效;(3)功能介面以清楚的圖像與文字輔助說明,有助於提升使用者判讀與績效。(4)有層級之分的「混合式」,有較高的「介面呈現」滿意度。(5)「混合式」有比較良好的介面遣詞與介面資訊滿意度。


    With the development of technology, the popularity of mobile devices has changed the global business model. Consumers can enjoy online shopping and services with mobile devices. Intangible payment behaviors are the commonality of these services. This research explored user operation of additional functions provided by mobile payment applications with the comparison of task and performance results. Theories of usability and user interface were combined to provide further design improvements and suggestions.
    This research consisted of two parts. (1) Pilot research: Through the tests of three mobile payment applications on the market, interface problems were clarified in additional functions of current mobile payment, and user needs were understood through interviews. (1) Validation research: Based on the results of pilot research, simulation samples were designed to explore the effects of additional functions presented by different homepages on user subjective feelings. The verification research adopted a two (information presentation) by three (homepage design) two-way ANOVA. There were two levels in “information presentation”. (1) Expansion style: Functions were directly expanded below buttons. (2) Jump to next page style: Functions were presented in full on the next page. There were three levels in “homepage design”: (1) list type, (2) block type, (3) hybrid type.
    The results of this research were as follows. (1) The use of the “hybrid-type” homepage design with key prompts could improve the performance of additional functions of mobile payment and was the preferred interface for users. (2) The “jump to next page style” with the full-page information presentation method made the operation interface intuitive and had better performance. (3) The functional interface with clear icons and text could help improve user interpretation and performance. (4) The “hybrid-type” with hierarchy had higher satisfaction in “interface presentation”. (5) The “hybrid-type” had better satisfaction in “interface terminology and system information”.
