  • 台灣TFT-LCD面板產業在台灣發展已近二十多年,目前已成為國際TFT-LCD顯示器面板的供應重鎮。在筆記型電腦、液晶顯示器、液晶電視、手機、平板電腦五大主力的產品之後,其它消費型電子產品,在運用日廣之際,業者不斷加碼投資,於中國地區擴建新廠,台灣面板產業儼然繼半導體產業之後,另一個重要的代表產業。在面對國際大廠競爭之下,台灣TFT-LCD面板廠也持續走向國際化,進行國際佈局,以接近市場及滿足客戶需求的經濟型態來佈局。

    本研究首先進行了競爭策略與優勢,追隨供應商與顧客的文獻探討。隨後對中國TFT-LCD面板產業代理商個案A公司進行深入研究,明確瞭解A公司結構,產業特性及現狀及A公司產業的發展策略,並對A公司競爭策略進行分析:
    1)區段選擇;2)專業技術服務;3)經營策略=建構人才發展計劃:建立人力資源策略,4)面臨的挑戰與因應對策,落實「深耕大陸」的經營方針。

    經由個案研究法,進行個案公司的SWOT及五力分析到最後的競爭優勢,整
    理出完整的敘述內容。訪談後得出個案的關鍵管理決策,中間執行過程,問題與挑戰到績效分析的財務五力,提出部份個案公司近年之財務部份報表進行分析。
    針對個案研究結果內容發現:赴中國深圳發展動機及背景、個案公司在深圳地區經營現況、個案所面臨的挑戰與因應對策、經營效益分析、未來規劃項目。由以上分析後產出結論與建議,進而瞭解其個案公司之成功經營策略,並在未來將以何種方式繼續前進營運,都是未來相關企業赴大陸投資時重要之參考。

    最後經過個案分析探討,清楚瞭解到相關研究結論為產業目前發展的趨勢,與個案公司赴大陸深圳投資的概況,經過與創辦人、CEO訪談後,亦進行了競爭策略與優勢的文獻探討。茲將研究共分為以下四點作為此個案結論,依序為區段選擇、專業服務、經營策略、面臨的挑戰與因應對策。

    a type electronics product, at make use of a day wide moment, the operator continuously adds a yard of investment and extends the new factory in China region, Taiwan front-panel industry solemnly after the semi-conductor industry, another important representative's industry. At face the international big factory competition under, the TFT-LCD front-panel factory in Taiwan also continuously heads for the internationalization and carries on the international layout to set up by approaching
    a market and satisfying the economic pattern of customer's need.

    This research carried on competition strategy and advantage first and followed supplier and the customer's literature review. Carry on the thorough research to the TFT-LCD front-panel industry business agent individual case in China A company later on, definitely understand the A company structure, development strategy of industry characteristic and status quo and A company industry, and to A company competition the strategy carry on analysis:1)block choice;2)professional technique service;3)management strategy=construction talented person development plan: establishment human resource strategy, 4)the challenge and policy for facing, carry out the management policy of" deep ploughing mainland".
    Carry on SWOT and five power of individual case company by case study method to analyze too till the last that competitive advantage, whole Manage a description content of integrity. Must pay the key to individual case to manage the decision after interviewing, in the center carry out the process, problem and challenge the results analysis of the finance is five powers, put forth the finance parts of statement of parts of individual case company recent years to carry on the analysis. Aim at the case study result content detection: leave for Shenzhen, China to develop motive and background, individual case companies conduct the challenge and policy that the current conditions, individual case faces, conduct the efficiency analysis in Shenzhen region and will plan the item in the future.by produce conclusion and suggestion after the above analysis, then understand the success management of its individual case company strategy, and in the future will with what way continue to go forward the operation, is all important reference for related enterprise to leave for mainland investment in the future.
    The end process individual case analyzes the study and clearly understand the related research conclusion the industry develops currently of trend, leave for the general situation that mainland Shenzhen invests with individual case company, pass by and founder, CEO interview after, also carried on competition strategy and the literature review of advantage. Totally be divided into the research as follows at 4:00 as this individual case conclusion, one after another choose for block, professional service, conduct strategy and the challenge and policy for facing.
