面對美中貿易戰所衍伸出的地緣政治影響了整個半導體產業鏈,全球半導體市場出現了中國供應鏈以及非中國供應鏈的議題,本論文在探討個案S公司在功率MOSFET產業中,以現有的研發能力以及既有的產品市場基礎下,開發具競爭力的超接面功率MOSFET,以持續保持競爭優勢。
透過功率MOSFET市場趨勢分析,功率MOSFET產業內的競爭者分析,利用策略分析理論工具,如總體環境掃描PEST分析、五力分析、動態競爭分析、SWOT/TOWS分析、技術策略藍圖T-Plan…等,制定新的產品開發策略,拓展新的市場機會。
Faced with the geopolitics derived from the US-China trade war, which has affected the entire semiconductor industry chain, the global semiconductor market has emerged with the issue of China supply chain and non-China supply chain. This paper explores the case of Company S in the power MOSFET industry. Based on the existing R&D capabilities and existing product market foundation, we will develop competitive super-junction power MOSFETs to continue to maintain competitive advantages.
Through power MOSFET market trend analysis, competitor analysis in the power MOSFET industry, and strategic analysis theoretical tools, such as overall environmental scanning PEST analysis, five forces analysis, dynamic competition analysis, SWOT/TOWS analysis, technology strategy blueprint T-Plan... etc., formulate new product development strategies and expand new market opportunities.
