個案S公司位於台灣的新竹、台南兩大科學園區內,其優越之區域優勢成為台灣半導體以及TFT、LCD、光電產業供應鏈進行供應商庫存管理(Vendor Management Inventory)與及時供貨(Just in Time)之樞紐。其有關進出口貨品可一段式通關,造成業者接手儲運中心,原有園區物流通關獨特的利基消失,面臨貨量大幅衰退的困境。另一方面,臨近的自由貿易港區於法源上相較於與物流中心貨物通關辦法比較所提供之諸多優惠,致個案S公司於國際物流經營中必須積極尋求突破與創新。
個案S公司重金投注於新竹、台南兩大科學園區內的物流產業,目標建構高科技物流全方位解決方案,並獲得經濟部HTC計劃補助,結合同業以及相關行業組成聯盟,水平分工、垂直整合方能使物流聯盟業者其資源不重疊,各自又能在自己核心領域內竭盡所能、發揮所長,提供更綿密的服務網,讓聯盟成員原先服務觸角所無法延伸的業務,縮短貨物運送時間及降低營運成本,擴大海空運輸承攬服務能力,並整合各聯盟成員服務據點,提供客戶一次性的供應鏈運籌管理服務並擴大其服務項目及經濟規模。
Case S Company is one of the logistic companies locates at Hsinchu and Tainan where are the two biggest science parks in Taiwan, and its superior region superiority becomes the key position in Taiwan semiconductor and the liquid-crystal display supply chain to carry on VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) and JIT (Just in Time). The Policy changes in the declaration of science park import and export goods that can be one period-style customs, causes Case S Company to take over storage-transportation center in Science Park to lose the original customs unique niche, and Faces with a substantial volume of recession. On the other hand, the near side of the free trade zone is convenience in law of customs. There fore case S company must be actively seeking business breakthroughs and strategy innovation in International Logistics.
Case S Company bet on a large amount of money in Hsinchu and Tainan Science Park. The goal is to build a total solution to high-tech logistics. The Ministry of Economic Affairs plans H.C.T logistic alliance project, combined with the formation of the alliance, as well as related industries, and vertical integration to enable the logistics alliance members’ resources do not overlap. Each one can exhaust ability in core fields, give play to one's strong points, provides a service network strongly. Let the alliance members serve the service which the service is never touched, and reduces the cargo shipping time and reduces transport business cost, and expands the sea and air service ability. The integration alliance members’ office to provide the customer “one stop shopping” supply chain operation service and expands Case S Company service contents and the economical scale.
