本研究採單一個案的研究方式來探討染整生產流程對紡織產業價值鏈的影響，由於染整流程非常複雜，除了「美化紡織品」的重要角色，也必須展現「特殊功能科技化」的產品。而染整生產中，一次對色率的提高和提昇產品的功能，才能顯現紡織品的價值存在。所以要克服染整流程工藝的種種變因，必須制定標準化流程的新觀念。
一般紡織產業，大家只知道紡紗、織布而忽略染整是紡織業中不可或缺的環節。近年來，台灣染整廠商紛紛外移至中國、東南亞等地，以降低成本和環境汙染問題，然而卻無法解決根本的問題。而以個案公司為例，就以台灣染整工廠做為研發生產基地，進而向越南、中國等地去擴展，以達到一定的經濟規模。個案公司現階段的積極作法有三:
一、 創新研發差異化產品、保有競爭優勢。
二、 建立全球運籌策略，規劃產業分工。
三、 提升紡織染整產業形象，吸引人才，永續經營。

This paper refer to the value of dyeing and finishing to the textile industry. The dyeing and finishing process play a role of cosmetologist for fabric. Not only that, also show its specialty through technology. In the dyeing and finishing process,how to increase the change of matching the target color at the first time and upgrade the product.In order to control the variance in the process,we must standardize the procedure.
In the textile business,the dyeing and finishing process are always being overlooked.For the past decade,most of the dyeing and finishing in Taiwan are moved to mainland China or southeast Asia for lower company cost and avoiding environmental pollution issue.Facing the problem is the key to success. The case in this paper shows that the company use Taiwan as the R&D and production base,then expand the territory to overseas such as Vietnam and China.The strategy of the research case as following:
First,to keep investing their R&D department and to differentiate between their products with others.
Second,built up and create a global logistics management for the industry
Third,to change the traditional ideas of the dyeing and finishing field and invite people to join the industry for business continuity.
