本論文內容主要在探討半橋LLC串聯諧振轉換器(HB LLC-SRC)的設計方法及考量。一般而言,半橋LLC串聯諧振轉換器操作在零電壓(ZVS)切換時可以分為兩種操作模式,ZVS第一個區間為當切換頻率大於第一諧振頻率(fs>fr1),ZVS第二個區間則為切換頻率介於兩諧振頻率之間的區域(fr2<fs<fr1),而本論文應用在實作上操作在第一種模式。以本論文內容實際驗證一台輸入電壓220Vac(變動範圍180Vac~264Vac),輸出為12V/負載20A,240W的半橋LLC串聯諧振轉換器,在滿載時效率可以達到90%,驗證此轉換器實際之電路特性,其特性相當符合我們所設計。
This thesis describes design approach and considerations of a half-bridge LLC series resonant converter(HB LLC-SRC). In general, two operating modes (intervals) are defined in a HB LLC-SRC with zero-voltage-switching (ZVS). The first interval of ZVS is when the switching frequency is higher than the first resonant frequency(fs>fr1). The second interval of ZVS is between two resonant frequencies(fr2<fs<fr1). This thesis focuses on the discussion of practical operations in the first interval. In this thesis, a 240W HB LLC-SRC with an input of 220Vac (varying from 180Vac to 264Vac ) and an output of 12V/20A is examined. 90% power efficiency is achieved at full load. In verifying actual circuit performance of the converter, the results well
meet the design.
