  • 企業永續發展已成為近年來之重要議題,近年更因環境保護、社會人權議題關注度上升.而凸顯企業社會責任及永續發展的重要性,許多臺灣企業也更加重視永續發展藍圖及企業社會責任。此外,企業也逐漸意識到企業社會責任應與企業核心業務相關聯,而非推動與自身毫無關係之CSR活動,若能將企業社會責任與商業策略融合,則對社會與企業都能有強大的影響力。本研究將以單個案研究,深度了解企業內部永續策略訂定及執行過程,是否受核心業務的轉換或技術進步影響,分析企業社會責任與商業策略之間的關係,以及兩者如何相輔相成,最終如何影響企業本身及社會,甚至足以推動社會變革,對相關研究及產業管理趨勢皆有重要的啟發。


    Sustainable development has become an important issue in recent years. The increasing focus on environmental protection and social human rights has highlighted the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development. Many Taiwanese companies have also placed greater emphasis on developing sustainable blueprints and corporate social responsibility.
    Furthermore, businesses have gradually realized that corporate social responsibility should be aligned with their core business rather than promoting CSR activities unrelated to their operations. By integrating corporate social responsibility with business strategies, both society and companies can have a significant impact.
    This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis through a single case study to understand the process of formulating and implementing sustainable strategies within a company. It will investigate whether these strategies are influenced by changes in core business or technological advancements. The study will also explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility and business strategies, and how they complement each other. Ultimately, it will examine how these factors impact the company itself, society, and even drive social change, providing valuable insights for related research and industry management trends.
