LED(Light Emitting Diode)具有發熱量小、壽命長、 耗電量少、單色光發光、反應速度快、 耐衝撞、耐天候佳、體積小、易小型輕量化等優點。.運用範圍廣泛,目前主要應用包括消費性電子產品的指示燈、傳真機、掃瞄器光源、液晶顯示器背光源、室內或室外資訊看板、.汽車用燈具、交通號誌顯示燈、照明燈、園藝燈,大樓裝飾燈及廣告看板等。
LED照明設備比白熱燈或鎢絲燈泡用電量省90%,日光燈節省50%~60%,且LED不會有水銀等重金屬,對大地沒有污染的問題,符合歐洲ROHS標準。LED不會產生紫外線,運用在博物館中不會傷害字畫,也不會有頻閃及不會傷害眼睛,造成白內障。LED壽命可達10萬小時以上,即使一天使用10小時,一盞LED燈亦可使用30年。
目前大陸每年用於照明的電力約2500億瓦,如果三分之一改為LED每年可省800億瓦,相當於三峽發電廠的年發電量。如果會改為LED照明,每年可省下三座三峽發電廠的用電量,如果台灣全數用LED照明,就不需要蓋核力發電廠。在大陸LED產業,已列為「十一五」規劃的重點發展產業。
本論文係探討LED產業在全球節能與綠色環保的環境下,尋找其未來的發展策略,以及如何在全世界的LED舞台中找到自己的發展方向。並以台灣及中國大陸LED產業為研究範圍,參考其它地區LED產業的發展。以期能找出台灣LED產業未來的發展策略。
LED (Light Emitting Diode) have the Low fever, Long-lived, Low power consumption, Monochromatic light, Re-action quickly, Lasting for bump and temperature, Small size and Lightweight, etc.. The LED has extensive application area to be use. Now the main application is consumer product like indicator lamp, Fax machine, scanner light source, LCD backlight, indoor or outdoor information signboard, Automobile lighting, Traffic light, Normal lighting, Horticulture light with lamps and lanterns, The ornament lamp of the building and advertising signboard and bill-board, etc..
LED lighting equipment saves 90% power more than the white heat light or the power consumption of tungsten filament bulb, the fluorescent lamp saves 50%-60% power and LED will not have such heavy metal as mercury, etc., The LED is free from contamination of earth and accord with the European ROHS standard. The LED will not produce the ultraviolet ray and it will not injure the calligraphy and painting in the museum. The LED will not flash and will not injure eyes to cause the cataract. The LED lifespan can be up to more than 100,000 hours and even use for 10 hours each day that LED light can also be used for 30 years.
The electricity that China uses for lighting every year is about 250 billion watt at present. If the lighting can be change by LED that can save 80 billion watt every year .That Equivalent to the annual of the power plant of Three-gorges. If all lighting will change into LED that can save the power consumption of three power plants of three-gorges every year. If the totally lighting is LED of Taiwan, it does not need to build the nuclear power plant. The LED industry in China already has the 5 years of eleventh plan that is giving priority to the industry.
This thesis probes into the LED industry in global save energy and green environment protection. Look for its future development tactics and how to find out the developing direction in LED stage of the whole world. Regard Taiwan and
Mainland china LED industry and refers the other area LED industry development to find out the Taiwan LED industry future development tactics.
