  • 這項研究旨在分析電動自行車進入捷克市場的關鍵因素。該分析適用於私人公司I-Handle co。根據結果選擇最合適的產品型號。

    This study aims to analyze the key factors of electric bicycles to the market in the Czech Republic. The analysis is intended for a private company I-Handle co. that, based on the results, selects the most suitable model of the product.
    In the practical part of this work, research was carried out and was divided into two parts. In the first part, the general requirements that potential new types of bicycles were met and examined. This part was researched among experts who are familiar with the market of electric bicycles. Nine experts were selected, who then evaluated the individual aspects according to their importance. The data from the first part was subsequently analyzed using the AHP method. In the second part of the research, a survey was conducted among the general public, which was composed to cover the widest possible range of inhabitants where sixty people were chosen to compare individual electric bicycle factors. The results from the second part were analyzed by the AHP method and by using Factor analysis and then compared. Based on this comparison, the main factors were sorted according to their importance then the company I-Handel co. could choose a specific model that would follow these preferences.
