行動裝置的普及加上人們對行動裝置的依賴逐漸提升,許多以實體通路為主的服務產業受到衝擊,銀行亦是其中之一,為了隨時隨地更方便的提供服務,各家銀行紛紛推出行動銀行應用程式。本研究針對行動銀行應用程式,探討其介面資訊呈現方式的使用性,並針對研究設計的介面加以驗證,希望能提出未來在行動銀行應用程式介面資訊呈現方式的設計建議。
本研究包含兩部分實驗:(1)前導性實驗:測試三款市面上行動銀行應用程式使用性,分析操作績效及滿意度,發現受測者使用上的問題。(2)驗證實驗:根據前導性實驗的結果設計驗證實驗樣本,實驗採3(主畫面設計)x2(內頁展覽模式)雙因子組間設計方式進行,「主畫面設計」分為按鈕式首頁、混合式首頁及資訊式首頁三種;「內頁展覽模式」分為文件夾式內頁、展開式內頁兩種。藉由操作績效及滿意度、使用性等量表評估各樣本的使用性,與未來設計方向。
研究結果為:(1)按鈕區塊及資訊區塊各半的混合式首頁使用性最高,使用者能快速的進入操作區塊。(2)展開式內頁清楚明瞭,當操作步驟較複雜時,將操作選項獨立成頁反而能減少失誤,增加操作的時間績效。(3)按鈕位置一致能減少操作上的失誤。(4)介面宜加入醒目但不影響操作的步驟提示。
With the popularity of mobile devices and people’s increasing reliance on them, many service industries dominated by physical channels have been impacted, and banks are one of them. In order to provide services anytime and anywhere in a more convenient way, various banks have launched mobile banking applications. This research study focuses on the mobile banking application, discusses the usability of its interface layout, and proposes new designs. The purpose of this study is to propose suggestions and directions for the design of mobile banking application interface for the future use.
The experiment in this study contains two phases: (1) Pilot test: Choose three existing representive mobile banking applications to test their usability, analyze operational performance and satisfaction, and find out which part of the interface design can be improved. (2) Veriftcation experiment: Design 6 prototypes of mobile banking application based on the results of pilot test. The veriftcation experiment is designed based on a 3 (Main page design) by 2 (Paging navigation mode) two-factor between-subjects design. The “Main page design” includes: (1) Button-type Main Page, (2) Hybrid-type Main Page, and (3) Information-type Main Page. The “Paging navigation mode” includes: (1) Folder-type Navigation Mode and (2) Unfolding-type Navigation Mode. The evaluation of the usability of each prototype is the task operating time, System Usability Scale (SUS), and Questionnaire for the User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS).
The results indicated that: (1) The Hybrid-type Main Page has the highest usability between 3 types of main page designs, and users can quickly enter the operating area. (2) The Unfolding-type Navigation Mode has higher usability than the Folder-type Navigation Mode, and users can make less mistakes and have higher time performance of operation. (3) Keeping the position of the buttons consistent can reduce operational errors. (4) Mobile banking application interface should be added with eye-catching but not operation-affecting prompts to remind users which step they are currently in.
