數位浪潮時代，迎來了金融科技(FinTech)的快速發展，消費者對於金融服務的期待日益提升，面對市場挑戰，近年來金融業皆致力於金融科技的創新和應用。強調以客戶為中心、適應變化、重視回饋的敏捷式開發，逐漸被金融業所重視，希望透過這樣的工作方式，滿足客戶需求並提高對市場的回應速度，籍以提高企業的競爭力。
在過去十多年間隨著敏捷式開發興起，翻閱過往台灣區探討敏捷式開發的學術文獻已有所增長。然而，卻甚少針對金融業於此議題進行研究，本論文的目的便是以文獻回顧選定對敏捷式開發有關鍵影響之因素，探討金融業若要提升成功率，導入敏捷式開發之關鍵成功因素。
本研究以質化研究方式，深入訪談四位在國內金融業實行敏捷式開發的專家，經由分析呈現結果發現「敏捷開發技能」、「組職文化」、「溝通」、「團隊能力與培訓」、「客戶參與」、「管理階層支持」六項因素對於金融業導入敏捷式開發，都是不可或缺的關鍵成功因素，對於「交付策略」與「專案管理流程」兩項因素，並未呈現顯著影響性。
本研究之結果可提供目前或未來有意推動敏捷式開發的金融業參考，專注於關鍵影響之因素，以順利導入運行，為企業帶來商業值價與效益。

In the digital aera, the rapid growth of financial technology(FinTech)has led to heightened consumer expectations for financial services. To address market challenges, the financial industry has increasingly focused on FinTech innovation and application. Emphasizing customer-centric, adaptive, and feedback-driven agile development has become essential for meeting customer needs, responding quickly to market changes, and enhancing competitiveness.
In the past decade, academic literature on agile development has grown in Taiwan. However, research specifically targeting the financial industry remains limited. This study aims to identify the key factors influencing agile development through a literature review and examine the critical success factors for successful implementation in the financial industry.
Using a qualitative research approach, this study interviews four experts implementing agile development in the domestic financial industry. The analysis reveals that agile development techniques, organizational culture, communication, team capability and training, customer involvement, and top management support are indispensable for successful agile development implementation in the financial industry. No significant impact is found for delivery strategy and project management process.
The findings can serve as a reference for financial companies currently or planning to promote agile development. By focusing on key factors, companies can successfully implement and operate agile development, generating business value and benefits.
