本研究旨在探討以Pro/Toolkit進行程式設計,建構重疊扇葉CAD模型之設計變更與NC加工製程的自動化系統,其研究事項如下:
(1)CAD模型的設計變更
使用Pro/ENGINEER®系統的Pro/Program模組進行程式設計,使葉片截面的點資料、葉片的數目及其它的特徵尺寸皆能藉由參數的輸入而達到修改的目的。
(2)加工軸向的判斷
針對葉片的幾何形狀進行分析,提出簡易的判斷法則來決定加工時的無干涉加工軸向,並且經由Pro/Toolkit程式設計將加工軸向的判斷步驟進行自動化。
(3)NC加工製程
首先規劃重疊扇葉NC加工的製造程序,並經由Pro/Toolkit程式設計進行製造程序的自動化,使系統能自動建立製程中的工具機、刀具、加工作業及NC碼。
This research investigates the use of Pro/Toolkit to build a computer system which possesses the functions of CAD-model change and NC-code generation for overlapped fan-blades. Specific research issues include:
(1) CAD-model change: This research uses the module of Pro/Program in Pro/ENGINEER to create the fan-blade model whose geometry can be easily modified through the change of sectional data-points, number of blades, and dimensions of features.
(2) Determination of machining axis: Through the analysis of fan-blade geometry, a method is proposed in this research to determine the proper orientation of the workpiece so that the machining can be conducted without any interference. Programming codes are also developed using Pro/Toolkit as the kernel to implement the proposed method.
(3) Generation of NC machining codes: A process plan is made first to machine the fan-blades. Based on the process plan, Pro/Toolkit programming codes are developed to automate the generation of work cell, cutting tools, machining operations, and NC codes.
