一家由幾十人的小公司經過二十幾年後搖身一變成為電子業界的創新公司，當年以代工起家為了保住創新品牌的理念，將原來代工產業及品牌分為二家公司，個案中的 A 公司是以品牌公司為主，為了維持市佔率以及競爭力不斷以破壞式創新以及創新惟美的目標前進，個案中的董事長 Josh 發現公司在進步，但是人員的心態以及做事方法並不會因為公司快速成長而隨之進步，反而帶來更多停滯不前的作業以及員工守舊思想的拒絕改變的困境。
2009 年 IFRS 的法令給了 Josh 一次能進行企業流程改造以及員工作業重整的機會，在這次機會導入了 Oracle ERP 以及組織作業的整合，帶領著 A 公司繼續朝向創新的路邁進。但是這條路卻因為員工太過於守舊以及拒絕改變的心態下，讓原本可以將公司的作業流程改善變成了一個系統與流程之間整合不理想的狀況，Oracle ERP 一直遲遲上不了線的狀況一直發生，後續經由 Josh 以及 Paul 的努力讓系統上線了，卻演變系統造成作業流程不順暢以及停滯改為人工的狀態，營運逐漸下滑讓 Josh 又再次面臨一次新的困境，Josh 應該繼續導入還是重新導入舊系統呢？
本論文將討論個案 A 公司希望藉由 Oracle ERP 系統導入推動公司組織變革，進而演變成公司外部營運下滑以及內部的要求系統下線的困境，最後使用個案中的教學項目引導進行教學個案的學習。
After 20 years, the case company has turned to an innovative company from a small company with dozen employees in the electronics industry. CEO divided this company into two companies to retain vision of innovational brand. Pursuing the purpose of disruptive innovation and innovative perfectness kept market share and also improved competitiveness. CEO Josh found the growing of the company, but employee mindset and working method hindered the growth of the company. This caused the company stagnant workflow and unwillingness of change of employees.
In 2009, Josh had an opportunity to proceed enterprise process reengineering and workflow reform by IFRS. The company implemented the Oracle ERP and integrated operations of the enterprise which drove the company employees to go toward this innovative path. But the staff was too conservative and refused to change, so the operating process improvement became to be dissatisfied in system and process integration. This situation made that Oracle ERP could not put into online on schedule. Josh and Paul incessantly pushed to deploy Oracle ERP system, but the workflow after the online of new system was not smooth and some operations required manual operation. The operational advantage was decreased gradually. Josh faced the difficult position once again. How did Josh decide to continue to implement the new Oracle ERP or old system?
This thesis discussed how the case company implemented Oracle ERP system to promote the organizational change. It also discussed how the case company evolved from difficult situation of the decreasing of external operational advantage and the internal resistance of new ERP system deployment.
