  • 目前防火避難性能驗證可能因執行專案人員操作錯誤、圖面認知不同、忽略疏失、等圖面修改或建築變更設計因素,進而影響防火避難性能的驗證結果。
    本研究將建築物防火避難安全性能驗證導入BIM技術之住商大樓為前提,探究防火避難性能驗證之BIM參數分類、元件設置等。另一方面,建置以BIM輔助防火避難性能之樣版,有助於防火避難驗證的發展,作為BIM與防火性能驗證的初步整合。綜合上述,本研究透過住商大樓之案例驗證確立其正確性,並討論BIM防火避難性能樣版提升檢證應用之優勢,得到以下研究結論:
    一、導入建築物防火安全避難性能驗證手冊於建照執照電腦輔助查核系統樣版概念中,以提升防火避難安全性能驗證對空間尺寸掌握的精確度及使用者作業之便利性,未來結合BIM元件庫,置入建築防火避難性能驗證所需資訊屬性。
    二、本研究建置一「BIM防火避難性能樣版」,透過兩個住商大樓之案例驗證,確認樣版可行性與正確性,以提供防火避難驗證評估業界、建築師事務所等多方使用者使用。
    三、透過操作方式、檢測應用、呈現方式之比較差異分析,說明本研究建置之「BIM防火避難性能樣版」應用優勢及效益。


    At present, the verification of fire-prevention and refuge functions could, because of operation mistake of project staff, diverse recognition of the drawing, negligence of loss, and modification of the drawing or the design change of the building, be thus affected and that should render the results differently regarding fire-prevention and refuge functions.
    In this study, it will take fire-prevention and refuge function verification of building into BIM technology with residential-commercial building as its premise, and explore BIM parameter classification and component placement of fire-prevention and refuge function verification. On one hand, it will work to establish the model of BIM auxiliary fire-prevention and refuge model, which can be helpful to the development for fire-prevention and refuge verification, working work as the initial integration of BIM and fire-prevention verification. As a recapitulation, the study will make use of the case of the residential-commercial building to establish its accuracy, and then discuss the enhanced application advantages as verified of BIM fire-prevention and refuge function model. Then, following results are obtained:
    (1) Fire-safety and refuge function verification manual with building are introduced into the model concept of computer-aided inspection system for construction and utility license. As such, it can help to master the precision of fire-prevention as well as safety function verification for the mastery of space measurements and the convenience of user operation. In the future, BIM component archive can be further combined as the needed information attributes for fire-prevention and refuge verification are placed.
    (2) The study has first established a "BIM fire-prevention and refuge model." Making use of the cases verification of the two residential-commercial buildings, the study will confirm the feasibility and accuracy of the model, so that the model can be cited and used by various parties the trade and architect firms in terms of fire-prevention and refuge.
    (3) Through comparative analysis of operation mode, detection application, and way of presentation, the study will elaborate on the application advantages and benefits of "BIM fire-prevention and refuge model" established in this study.
