  • 個案公司於2011年實現了一個創新服務的夢想以女人呵護女人的同理心建立「月子經紀」的服務模式,開創有機月子餐品牌「津田生機」,創意養生料理,有機無毒認證,提供更好的月子餐服務。個案經營者在經營月子經紀期間,遇到很多準爸爸準媽媽在孕育上有很多相關問題,且沒有很多管道可以諮詢,因此在對孕育上的不了解,導致很多準爸媽及家人之間的紛爭,造成家庭的失和,甚至到要離婚的地步,因此讓黃總經理萌生了轉型的想法,想讓家人成為神隊促進家庭的和諧。然在大環境少子化衝擊及月子產業的高度競爭,衝擊了月子產業的利潤,於是2019年成立「紫莉幸孕莊園」,為本個案故事的主軸,從月子經紀晉級為「孕護管家」,創新概念打造出全新的體驗經濟,搶攻孕經濟做出市場的差異化,善用資源打造出品牌的價值,在兼顧社會責任下,讓公司持續穩定的成長。

    本研究是以哈佛個案研究之方式進行,透由本案的的內容可用於討論服務體驗、商業模式、組織靈巧性及企業成長策略等議題。了解企業透過專屬的服務體驗模式,在月子產業開創新的商業模式打造全方位孕護管家,如何透過組織靈巧性,善用政府資源,打造品牌價值;最後在企業成長策略上,要如吸引更多優秀人才來創新發展,提高產業競爭力,來因應面對少子化的衝擊,讓企業得以永續的發展。


    In 2011, PurpleSeed Co. realized their dream of providing an innovative service that catered to women's needs by establishing a "Confinement Brokerage" service model. They also created the organic postpartum meal brand "Good Meal" which offered creative and healthy cuisine with organic certification, providing better postpartum meal services.
    During the operation of a postpartum care agency, the business owner encountered many prospective parents who had many questions related to pregnancy, but had limited channels for consultation. This lack of understanding about pregnancy led to many disputes between prospective parents and their families, resulting in family disharmony and even the possibility of divorce. As a result, the general manager Huang came up with the idea of transforming the business to promote family harmony by involving family members in the care process. However, the declining birth rate and intense competition in the postpartum care industry had a significant impact on profits. Therefore, in 2019, the company established the " PurpleSeed Pregnancy Manor " and upgraded from a postpartum care agency to a " Pregnancy Care Butler " by innovatively creating a new experience economy and seizing the market differentiation of the pregnancy economy. The company effectively utilized resources to create brand value while fulfilling social responsibility, resulting in continuous and stable growth for the company.

    This study is conducted in the form of a Harvard case study. The content of this case can be used to discuss issues such as service experience, business models, Organizational Ambidexterity, and corporate growth strategy. The study aims to understand how companies create a comprehensive pregnancy care butler by using a proprietary service experience model to create a new business model in the postpartum industry. It also examines how organizations can use government resources and Organizational Ambidexterity to build brand value. Finally, the study explores corporate growth strategies, such as attracting more talented individuals to innovate and develop, improving industry competitiveness, and responding to the impact of population decline, to achieve sustainable development.
