本研究係以聚二甲基矽烷醇(Polydimethylsiloxane)、聚乙二醇 (Polyethylene Glycol)及多碳醇( m = 0, 6, 12, 18)為原料合成一系列功能性矽型界面活性劑(2CmPSi),界面活性與功能性較傳統型界面活性劑優異。一系列產物(2CmPSi)的結構由紅外線光譜儀(FT-IR)、核磁共振光譜儀(1H-NMR)來分析。測試其界面性質包括表面張力、接觸角、螢光性質、導電度、起泡性、分散能力和乳化能力等,並研究一系列產物在水溶液中的吸附性、凝集性、微胞的形成及與染料之相互作用。實驗結果顯示,一系列產物皆具有良好之界面活性,且隨著疏水基鏈長增加界面活性越高。
In this study, the functional silicon-based surfactants were prepared by the reaction of polydimethyl siloxane, polyethylene glycol (PEG) with long-chain alcohol (m =0, 6, 12, 18). In recent years, the polymeric-based, dimethyl siloxane-based and gemini-based surfactants have become of considerable interest for many inductrial applications. The structure of a series of surfactants (2CmPSi) has been confirmed by FT-IR, 1H-NMR analyses. The surface activities were evaluated by surface tension, contact angel, fluorescence properties, conductivity, foaming properties, dispersion properties and emulsification ability. In aqueous solution, we studied adsorption, aggregation, micellization of surfactants and interaction of surfactants and dye. The experimental results showed that these properties where related to the surface activities. These surfactants exhibited excellent surface-active and increase with the increase of hydrophobic group.
