  • 在電子商務環境逐漸成熟、國家計畫推動與全球市場成長下,數位學習市場開始活絡。近幾年來台灣數位學習企業紛紛成立,數量持續增加,國內數位學習市場爭奪愈趨激烈,在此情況下,企業經營數位學習的經營模式成為相當重要的研究議題。
    本研究的主要目的,為發展數位學習經營的初步架構,透過數位學習價值鍊的建構,以主要活動與輔助活動來帶動,一方面引導經營階層進行流程操作,一方面增加個別企業競爭力,在整體面可進行全方面企業規劃。
    本研究首先透過文獻回顧,廣泛蒐集數位學習相關文獻,藉以強化理論基礎,後加上實務專家的訪談以建構數位學習的初期初步架構,作為個案分析之依據,並構思個案選取原則及分析要點。再者,進行個案訪談的規劃工作,選定研究對象、擬定訪談問卷,進行深度訪談以進行觀念性架構修正,增加架構之完整性與適用性。最後以修正的觀念性架構為主,配合實證分析之發現,發展出本研究命題,並得到研究之結果與建議。
    數位學習經營者透過實體加虛擬的方式提供服務,藉以增加商品與服務的價值,並以最有效率之方式將服務或產品傳遞給消費費者。為達到此目的創造最優勢的競爭力,數位學習經營者可採取數位學習價值鍊的初步架構,透過主要活動與輔助活動,為消費者提供良好的數位學習服務。


    Under the circumstances that e-commerce environment is ripe gradually, the state plan is promoted and grown up with the global market, e-learning market begins to activate in digit.
    In recent years , several Taiwan learning enterprise establish one after another,and the quantity increases continuously. Under this situation , Many types of operation becomes to be quite important research topic. The main purpose of this research is to discover concept structure that e-learning is studied and managed, and uses the constructing of value chain to conduct the operation of the procedure and increase the specific enterprise's competitiveness. First, the research passes document retrospect that collects and learns several relevant papers extensively, in order to strengthen the theoretical foundation, and then add the interview of the practice expert that constructs several studys and analyzes the cases. Moreover, it carry on the planning of case interview that select the research object, draft the interview questionnaire, carry on depth interview by revising the idea structure, increase the integrality and suitability of the structure. In conclude , it takes the idea structure revised as the core finally, and the discovery of cooperating with the real example to analyze, and develops out this research proposition and get results and suggestions.
    E-learning operators provide service by way of adding fictitiously in the entity, they use to increase the value of the goods and service, and transmit the service or the products to others . To achieve purpose this create competitiveness of advantage most, several study operator can adopt the e-learning structure of value chain, through the main activity and auxiliary activity, offer service of studying for consumers.
