安控產業，曾經是台灣的出口重鎮，尤其是在2001年發生911恐怖攻擊事件，因美國為首的國家對於國土與公共安全等相關議題開始重視後，直接引起安控產品的需求暴漲，讓台灣安控產業維持十年的黃金盛世，最高峰時曾經佔全球1/3強。但是隨著中國海康威視數位技術公司、中國大華科技，等紅色供應鏈陸續在2001年成立，中國政府採用政策補貼，讓台灣面臨近20年的衰落期。直到2018年中美貿易戰開打，台灣的安控產業才開始出現一線生機。
在此同時，雄欣科技在其股東及生態系夥伴的支持下，善用手邊各種資源，及創新科技技術，並以敏捷創新(Agile Innovation)的管理方式，展開了創新創業之路。面對極為競爭的產業生態、企業市場，甚至遭遇到Covid-19的亂流，雄欣科技持續擴大競爭優勢、創造企業價值、追求永續成長。
本論文透過個案情境的分析，引導探究新創企業在面對「企業家精神」及「創新創業」過程中可能面臨困難。學員可以透過課前預習、課堂分組討論的方式，探討並瞭解製造業可能會面臨的問題，將課堂中所學之理論應用於實務上，並討論理論應用之可行性。本論文係實際發生的經營個案，以提供學習及討論「創新創業」與「敏捷創新」及「競爭策略」之理論應用。

However, with the establishment of red supply chains such as China's Hikvision Digital Technology Company and China Dahua Technology in 2001, the China government's policy subsidies have caused Taiwan to face a period of decline for nearly 20 years. It was not until the China-US trade war broke out in 2018 that Taiwan's security control industry began to show a glimmer of life.
At the same time, iAMBITION Technology, with the support of its strategic shareholders, has made good use of various resources at hand and innovative technology, and has embarked on the road of innovation and entrepreneurship with the management method of Agile Innovation. Facing the extremely competitive industrial ecology and enterprise market, and even encountering the turbulence of Covid-19, iAMBITION Technology continues to expand its competitive advantages, create corporate value, and pursue sustainable growth.
Through the analysis of individual cases, this thesis guides and explores the difficulties that new ventures may face in the process of "entrepreneurship" and "innovation and entrepreneurship". Students can explore and understand the problems that the manufacturing industry may face through pre-class preview and classroom group discussions, apply the theories learned in the classroom to practice, and discuss the feasibility of theoretical application. This thesis is an actual business case to provide a theoretical application for studying and discussing "Innovation and Entrepreneurship", "Agile Innovation" and "Competitive Strategy".
