  • 為避免高壓比流器無預警運轉事故,利用局部放電線上即時監測技術是非常有必要。本研究係以兩具模鑄式比流器做為被試物,經由局部放電特徵值擷取後,建立出絕緣劣化性能評估的依據。
    本文研究結果顯示,指數分配和韋伯分配是可以適用於局部放電特徵的分析,藉由平均放電量、放電次數、放電功率和最大放電量特徵參數,描述絕緣劣化特性與局部放電特徵相互間的關係。
    在初期劣化至末期劣化加速老化試驗過程中,所獲得指數分配的可靠度函數和韋伯分配的失效率函數,是很適合做為高壓比流器絕緣劣化的參考指標,並可有效預防比流器的絕緣劣化,以提升運轉安全。


    The high voltage cast-resin current transformer should be avoided a shutdown accidentally unnoticed for a long time of operation. It is necessary to use the on-line real time partial discharge (PD) monitoring system. The research of two cast-resin current transformers has extracted some digital PD characteristic data to estimate the insulation deterioration models.
    In this thesis, the results of two cast-resin current transformers practical data have analyzed the PD characteristic from the exponential distribution and Weibull distribution, which has described about the relationship between the insulation deterioration and PD characteristic of the average discharge amounts, the number of discharges, the discharge power and the maximum discharge amounts.
    Reliability functions of the exponential distribution and failure rate function of Weibull distribution have used to estimate and determine the insulation deterioration of performance index during the accelerated aging experiments that could be suited to become reference basis. It is supposed to prevent that the safety of the cast-resin current transformers operation of high power systems.
