人身安全是個人生活之基本需求，因此安全監視的課題也日漸為大眾所重視，本研究之目標是要設計一個系統，將欲監視之場所區域影像記錄並傳輸至網路及家用電視，以滿足人們對於近端及遠端監視之需求。

在我們架構之系統中，需要具有取像、即時監視及記錄之功能，故我們使用了一個CMOS sensor 做為取像裝置，由此取像裝置取得每秒30張之影像，交由內含86系列 CPU之DSP做影像信號處理之後，便將處理結果編碼產生Composite Video 及MJPEG的動態數位壓縮影像輸出，同時亦可偵測外來觸發信號並產生決策將畫面記錄或發出警告信號，另外亦使用影像移動偵測技術，偵測畫面中之影像移動變量作為畫面記錄及警告發出之依據。在輸出介面部份，系統具備一個Video port供連接家用電視，一個Ethernet介面供網路連結之用，一個SD記憶卡插槽供插置記憶卡做為記錄畫面之儲存媒體，透過這些介面的連接，就可以架構出兼取像、記錄、即時監視及遠端監視的一個具體而微之家用監視系統。
本文之研究結果兼具傳統類比監視系統連接相容性及未來監視系統數位化的可連接性，為目前監視系統領域提供的一個想法。

The safety of body is a basic concern of person. Since, the topic of security is seriously for people. The goal of the study is design a system to record the image of security area and transmit it to TV and Network to satisfied people local and remote security required.

In the system, we need image capture, monitor and record device to implement this system. Hence, we using a CMOS sensor for image capture device. The device would get 30 images per second and send these image data to a DSP that included an 86 serial CPU. This DSP doing image processing, then encoding the image data to Video and MJPEG. In the same time, it also can detecting the external trigger and makes decision to recoding the image or sending alarm. Otherwise, It also doing image recoding and sending alarm with the image motion detection. In the output interface, this system has a Video port for user connecting to the TV. A Ethernet interface for connecting to network. And a SD memory card slot to plug a memory card to saving image. Base on these interface, it could implement a small but complete security system. The result of the study can cover with both traditional security system connection and Digital security system connection. It is a idea for security system field.
